Anyway I realy wanted to join with Alesiar (http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/alesiar-r4057) but I can tell it will be a no, so how about Valus (http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/doctor-valus-r4329) as an enemy.

I guess you really like playing villains. 

 

I can try to do the 10th doctor if he's needed. I do have some youtube clips of him.  His personality has certain aspects similar to my oc time lord character I rp as on another forum.  Though mine doesn't use his sonic screwdriver like a magic wand and he carries a lot more gadgets in his pockets.

 

I can also do my oc Rakon, which I think I've posted the link to here already.
