I'm not trying to be to nerdy, but in the sonic rainbow episode he has them.  Is this just a goof or are their multiple time lords running around on the show lol.

I was making a ref. two how he's had wings and than they've gone missing at later times.  I mean if that's a screw up it's a pretty decent sized one.

 

I mean it's not like the animates forgot to attach a horn in the scene, he was next up to fly (well dash switched dags with him).  It was him and he was in a very specific fly centered scene.

In the human world sometimes they hire people to fill in seats at events so they don't look empty.

they hire 5-6 ponies and than those 5-6 ponies to milk a pay check use the reflecting pool.

What if it was to confuse whoever was chasing the Doctor? Like, he had accidentally fallen into the mirror pool. Had no idea what to do with the clones, then the cloudsdale thing happened. They went there to fix the problem.

He's a timelord/pony. Stuff happens, okay? The pool went all confused at the DNA, and just spewed out a pegasus. 

 

Maybe that's the real story of how Twilight became an alicorn... O.o
