Who out of the Mane Six needs the others the least?

I think Flutter shy with any pack of friends who would be willing to continue to encourage her to be brave now and again, (before she completely lapses back to square one lol)

 

she'd be pretty much the same way she's always been.

 

I have a interesting question for Pinkie (more party of one thoughts LOL you know you love and hate them).

Would pinkie have lost her shit with out the main six?

I mean she seemed like she was doing fine with out them.  Oh sure she might be a ticking time bomb, but she still kinda is any way lol.

 

Oh and feel free to point out I'm more or less committing high Hersey by undermining friend ship lol.

 

I see that rarity benefited from her friends, but it's those same friends that drive her nuts.  I mean watch dressed for success.  I mean I'm not sure rarity would reach the heights she would with out her friends connections possibly, but would she really horribly suffer with out them?

 

Now bear with me once again, and lets go with Rainbow dash in sonic rainbow.

Now lets replace all her friends with Gildia.  (BOOOO BOOO Shut up OP!)

I could picture Gilda giving Rain bow a pep talk (more of a swift kick in the ass LOL) when rainbow started to freak out.

And you know what?  It might be the kind of reinforcement Rainbow would react to.  Or more off if Gilda tried to enter to show u[ Rainbow ,, and Gilda possibly crashing , Dashie would clearly Dive after Gilda to save her life.

I mean think about it, Rainbow and Gilda would still be friends and eventually Gilda might have become a better person,

or dragged rainbow down with her.  ^^  thoughts?

 

And we get to the crown jewl of the six.

Twilight sparkle, I honestly think she would had the hardest time with out her friends.  I mean being called upon to face the tasks she has by princess Celestial even if she had 5 brand new friends,

i think she needs her other  5 Psycho paths more than any of them needing her.

 

Now apple jack being the reliable pony she is any number of town's ponies would eventually help her, reason with her, it likely would have just taken longer.

 

Final thoughts? 
When being asked who needs their friends the most and least in a way you can say twilight is the weakest one, in a way.

Applejack, straight up. She definitely would be just fine without them it seems; her immediate family provides most, if not all the companionship and support she needs.

Applejack, because without her friends to back her up she would have literally worked herself to death to upkeep the expectations she has for herself.

Like everyone has said before me, Applejack would need the others the least. She already had a caring family and a fairly successful business, so friendship, while great for her, wasn't something she needed.

Well Fluttershy would still have Dash from their days at flight camp, tho she'd have been happy with just Dash. She might have befriended Rarity as animals need grooming and Rarity has the tools for that.

 

She wouldn't have had reasons to befriend the others so much as Aj would be working 24/7. Pinkie's socialness makes here almost anti-fluttershy and twilight would have been in canterlot.

It is Applejack hooves down, she dosen't have the constant craving for attention that Pinkie Pie has. Nor the crippling insecurities that Rainbow Dash and Rarity have, the severe OCD that Twilight Sparkle has or the extreme shyness Fluttershy has. And Applejack has the closest and best relationship with her family out the mane 6 so she has plenty of emotional support.

Pinkie Pie has plenty of other friends it seems, so I'd say her. I'm sure she could find some other best friends if she really wanted to... I'm glad she's with the other Mane 6 as her best friends of course though, just saying.

Applejack can go without her friends or not have a strong dependency on them, because she has a huge support from her family and since she is a character who can work hard without any assistance she is better off without her friends.

Yeah I would go with the majority and say Applejack here. She's proven to be very independent already, and has her family as companionship. So I think she would be alright. 

 

I guess you could say Twilight to an extent, since at one point she didn't have many friends at all. She could revert to the way she was before coming to Ponyville.

Ah but she can't.

 

Before she was merely a student.  twilight is being groomed at Celestial's air.  Lets forget the FIM lesson for just a second,

I don't think twilight would have the wear with all to go star swirl and do it alone.

I think she'd break.  I mean of course when her biggest obstickles ere books and lessons,

I don't think twilight could handle the duties celestial tossed at her.
