Well Doom and his Allies have that hypnotic weapon/gadget to control all of Equestria with so he doesn't exactly need him.

Hey can I be the Hood? He can be the first of Doom's allies which they meet in Ponyville, which he is in control of.

Uuuuum, whenever he does the Penance Stare, the target experiences all of the emotional pain and suffering that they have inflicted on people in their lifetime. The results vary due to how much pain they have caused other people, but almost everyone that he has done it to, has suffered permanent damage to there souls. So I would not suggest using it on the ponies.

Not that they have necessarily caused alot of pain to anypony else, but you know, everyone does at points in their life.

Besides, some of the ponies would have had part of their lifeforce drained so wouldn't be in any fit state to cope with it. I'm not going to have Omega Red kill anypony at the moment with that, cuz otherwise all the ponies would be dead. XD He's just going to take what he needs to stay alive, cuz it really is necessary as anyone who's read/watched would know.

 

Btw, he's not dead. I don't care a damn what the comics say.

Godzilla is 300 ft tall, distances for him are not the same thing. Every step he takes is huge, to him, you're just a short walk from Ponyville

I don't think bringing a Ghost Rider was the best idea. I looked them up and found out that they are, in fact, the most powerful heroes in the marvel universe. Don't believe me? Go look it up for yourself.

 

Interesting facts: They are equally strong, if not stronger, than the hulk. Smarter than almost everyone. Cannot be killed by mortal weapons. Have the Penance stare which makes the person looking into their eyes fell the pain of all the innocent people they harmed in their life. That same stare was enough to even stop Galactima. They can summon their rides at any given time.

 

This is just too much and they are WAY too OP

That is Op. Maybe ghost rider just goes back to the marvel universe for some reason and you could find a new character to play? Or maybe the pony world changes his abilities?

Alright, sounds fair enough. He will be weaker then he really is, still just as smart, his Penance Stare  does not work due to the effects of the 'Harmony' of the world and he cannot summon his ride. Better?

They are equally strong, if not stronger, than the hulk.

He is only stronger than the Hulk when he first hulks up(this is the same as with many other heroes and villains like, Red Hulk, Abomination, and Thor), Hulk literally gets stronger and stronger as he gets angrier. His strength has no finite boundaries, he is only limited by his rage, which grows as he fights. He has gotten to more than hundreds of times stronger than he starts out!

I also believe that Godzilla was not the best idea. Not only is he almost as OP as Ghost Rider, It seems like too much of a distraction to the story line. Not to mention, he is potentially destroying all of Ponyville and, I assume, killing many ponies.

That is true, i overlooked that part. But the point i'm trying to make is that a Ghost Rider has no weakness. Unless you count that if there is no innocent blood being spilled then there is no point in a Ghost Rider showing up, or on certain beings the penance stare is nothing, but if you count his other abilities and weapons he can manipulate he is unstoppable.

Godzilla has several weaknesses if you want to use them. Electricity, Cadmium, a poison called ANEB, his Second Brain, and general stupidity. As for Godzilla destroying Ponyville, he's leaving to face the army right now. 

 

If you want, I can nerf Godzilla to his Show Era, he was much weaker then

Just to be clear, Black Bolt's power is NOT SONIC! His powers are simply linked to the speech centers of his brain. When he speaks, his vocal cords trigger an uncontrollable disturbance of the particle/electron interaction field, causing something like the shock wave of a bomb, which would cause him to be either knocked down or back. He just whispered, so there would be no shrill ear-piercing noise.

Oh, I didn't know. Well then, that would knock Godzilla on his butt and keep him down for as long as the whisper keeps going. As soon as the whisper lets up though, Godzilla would be able to recover, albeit stunned and hurt

Maybe you can keep Johnny Blaze but he has only a fragment of Ghost Rider's power.  Still Johnny Blaze maybe.  A bit stronger then a normal human, maybe a bit tougher, ect. 

 

I was wondering if it's to late to add a character like Susan Richards.  Maybe a group of heroes came a bit after Cap's did to secure the area, and sent in some to see what happened to the first group.
