request Requesting someone to draw my OC?

Sorry, If this is the wrong type of forum but I am looking for a person that I can commission to draw my OC. I currently am not able to pay until this Wednesday, but until then I would at least like some people I could know will be willing to draw my OC and vector it for when I know I will pay. If you can and are willing to draw my OC, please leave a couple samples and perhaps a pricing list, If you have a deviantart account it will make it alot easier for me to decide.

Note:

I will mention now my OC's base is missing something that I would like to add in the final product.

If the artist willing to draw my OC has some ideas, please give me your input.

Some details  like color's and such I left out so we can discuss about that and to see if that will effect the artists style.

For the colors, I would say that his mane should be purple to match his cutie mark a bit, and a dark or light blue fur color. And bright colored eyes, like red or pink. But that's just me, I could suggest other color schemes as well.

But I must say..Your price seems abit low to me. When I'm able to purchase the vector of my OC from you would you be willing to take possibly 100 points? I'm fairly certain your talking about the Deviantart points.

Yes I am talking about dA points. I do work out of kindness, the points are for when I want to get a little something for my friends as a commission. :3 I will gladly take 30 points, but if you'd like to tip me afterwards it would be very kind. if not that's okay too.

As soon as I'm able to top up some dA points I will leave you a note on Deviantart letting you know who I am and all, if that's alright with you. And of course, I understand. Expect a fairly big tip though from me though because I really appreciate it.
