Ah, ok. I see.

Your last post, you realize now, even if you do manage to escape this one, the police now have you on a wanted list, and will persue you on sight. Selune just got caught lying, and now evading police? Tsk tsk. ;)

They just wanted to question you, they had no grounds to hold you yet, but now they do if they catch you. The police have well trained unicorns. Speaking of which..

I'm not entirely sure how Silver is still going. I'm sensing a bit of an OP character here, he's going up against two separate unicorns, both with police training in magic and defensive techniques. He shouldn't be able to function as well with that sedation spell, it's as if he's immune to everything that's thrown at him. Not that I want to undermine your OC, I just think he might need to be toned down a bit. One on one he might be alright, but 2 on one, he shouldn't be able to overpower the cops that easily.

Your group is quickly becoming more and more suspect in the eyes of the law in Dodge City due to this event, in order to avoid being persued, the best course of action might be to cooperate rather than resist. This is the mentality you'd be facing in reality. Just a heads up! :)

 

This will definitely add a shot of spice to the storyline. You guys are now going to have to choose your paths wisely.

It's alright, either way. I'm not being judgemental of your choices. It is only a game after all. :)
One way or another, this situation would take place. The manor of the confrontation with the cops is entirely up to you guys, but they will act as cops do in reality. No taking shit, no fooling around with suspicious behaviour, and most of all, questioning for clues on the case they're all working on. They too want to find out who's behind the problems, and they are just as suspicious as Selune is of everypony who acts strangely towards them.
Right now though, they're mostly interested in getting Clockwork and Silver, they're the main suspects currently. The rest of you guys are merely accessories to their case, and are only suspected guilty by association. They can't prove anything, and can't throw you in a cell unless you do something in front of them, but they can ask for you to come with them for questioning.

Dude, I don't want to seem like I'm shutting you down here, but I can't have your OC that powerful, it's just too OP for this story right now. You don't have to assault the cops to mingle with the other players you know. :P
 

I'd appreciate if you could edit on your post, I don't think you should have been able to break free, but I'll let that slide. The memory thing though, I don't think I want to keep that, that's a little over the top. None of the other OCs have the ability to just break through everything the DM puts forth. It doesn't make for a very good RP. Besides, if you go with that, you've separated from the others already, they're all being asked to follow the police to the department for questioning.

Clockwork, Selune, Muddle, Sidesplitter, Lucid Dream, and Suit Twister are being brought into the police station for questioning. Silver is now wanted for assaulting multiple officers and evading arrest. And currently Lost Thought has followed Silver into an alley after he ditched the police. Everything is taking place at or near Clockwork's shop.

That'll do, I just need to be able to set some boundaries, there are certain things I want to have happen. It's all part of the plot I have going right now. Things are about to get interesting(er than that already are) ;)

I just want to be able to direct the story without being overthrown by superpowers beyond the DM's abilities. :wacko: I'm just setting boundaries for the amount of power your OC's can have, so they don't rival arcane alicorns. I do like that you've been active in the RP, we've needed some more OC interaction, which you've provided. (I'm even falling behind on reading all of it XD )

The story I've set out isn't made for OC's of that power level, hence my rules of No alicorns, and no OP abilities. There's a reason for that relating to how the story will play out.

Hehe,if you think is OP now,take a look at MY rp,the name is One of the Many,its pretty cool if I do say so myself =P and I understand about the boundaries thing,but I promise,Havoc is the last "Secret" ability Silver has,As for gold,besides flying,he has no secret powers (Oh one more thing,Gold in my RPs is like...a MAJOR bad guy-Hince why Silver is kinda scared of him- so if we could make him like... a major suspect...) so yeah X3

Due to Christmas and such, I might not have time to post much in the next few days. I apologize for my inactivity. Hopefully things will slow down enough afterwards. I'll try to get this RP moving again once the craziness ends.
