Im also confused. My oc threw a couple of fire balls a couple of post behind. Does the dodge of paradox canceled that and the last action????. Also how big are this droplets. And what are made off. I ask because a droplet weight 10 grams top. 50 grams moving at less than 100 mph is

Sorry for the extremely late reply, im mostly busy during the day. Anyway, to answer the droplet question, the droplets are made out of Paradox's pure energy, then materialize, causing them to be heavier than a normal rain drop,  definitely way more than 10 grams, i'd say around 50-60 (Just for good measures Ill say 55) grams each, then its gravity is 5X greater for each separate droplet, making it around 250-300 (275) grams each. Plus we can't forget the force of the spell propelling them downward (I'd say around x1.2). You said that each droplet (If it were 5x greater in gravity) would drop at less then 100 mph, so Im going to assume around 80-90 mph, so let's say 85. 85 x 5 = 425 x 1.2 = 510 mph. When I sliced at Virvidian, I was giving them the choice of whether the attack would hit or not. Virvidian dodged by flying upward, therefore the dodge commenced.

 

Also, yes, Me shooting upwards toward the ceiling seemed like a sure way to dodge both, the fire balls and Colts crystal attack. However, I must ask how high the ceiling is. And you forgot to tell us how much damage I did to Virvidian when I attacked her with Chivalry's energy bubbles. Virvidian didn't dodge that one.

Ok... firts of all let me explain something about gravity... Maybe you have heard it is a force, one that accelerates the particles that are bound into its reach. You say by your math (witch BTW is completely wrong) that the droplets will hit ground on a speed of 510 mph. Thats 811 km/h or 225 m/s. For this to happen in the scenario where gravity is 5X normal earth gravity (thats close to 10m/s) the droplets would reach ground in 4 seconds, I dont know if you consider that but 4 second are one hell of a long period of time in a fight. ALSO, because this is good too, for the droplets to reach that speed in that time and that acceleration the droplets should start falling from 404 mts (1325 ft). That's some altitude IMO in fact is so far away and the movement is so slow that, my OC dont need luck to avoid that, he just need to run a little to stay out of harms way. That is if your OC is 404 mts in the air of course because the droplets would take 4 seconds to reach. The thing is if you want to say the speed is that or then it has to be, the more "fast" you want them to move the more lager the distance will need to be because and of course the time.

 

All this of course taking in count this calculations are for a "void" environment, Witch is not!. There is something called Termnal Velocity that basically is the speed where objects wont be able to accelerate more because of the resistance the air gives against its movement.

 

So, my OC doesn't need luck he just need to calmly move out of the way, because of this I hope the avoidance of this attack doesn't counts as a dodge. I would recommend for you to understand how gravity works before trying to use it in battle and even more before using numbers completely out of sense.

Also this rp is pretty basic, and there basically only two things you can do in terms of fighting. Attacking and Dodging. Please don't deflect hits, that just makes everything really confusing.

 

In the next rp I make it will be a lot more complex with elements and various fighting terms involved, but for now keep it sweet, keep it simple.

 

And its a Colosseum, so let's say the ceiling is 50 feet above the ground.

Alright a condensed amount of calculations and what not always confuses the ever living frick out of me, so I'll just say this;

 

If someone attacked you.

And you did not take damage,

whether it be by flying away. or 'avoiding the hit'.

It counts as a dodge.
