I won't be harsh and say it's horrible because i can't draw at all. 

 

It's good but a few things to work on would be the eyes. Try adding a bit more detail and glare from them to make it look more impacting.

I've never drawn in this perspective before, but like ken pony said, the ears are way too big for the head, and the anatomy is off too, hooves, face and hooves dont look that great. like many people said to me a lot of times, study and know the pony anatomy, if you don't know the anatomy it'll be very hard to guess how it'll look like.
