For the time being, a major player on the serial killer market is being a good guy, that fits nicely if you ask me. And based on what happened earlier this paragraph is overly true

 

This also makes for a convenient excuse to help the heroes if needed; an ex-villain can simply claim to have his own 'selfish reasons' and save face.Anypony messing with the Morality Pet can expect a full-on Mama Bear or Papa Wolf response from the ex-villain or antihero in question.

Yeah, I just kill a bunch of assholes. 7 of the guys I killed all died in about a half second.

After I killed the first guy. So like 8 guys that ambushed me.

That's how they both come off when he's in full on pissed off mode like he is now. Normally he comes off like Hannibal Lector, a suave mother fucker.
