Three words: Incendiary Armor Piercing. Something suppressed from long range (a VSS vintorez would be a good example) could easily put 3 rounds in Draco's head from a quarter-mile away. No muss, no fuss, he's dead. As for End Game, he just doesn't get why people would waste time with love.
