You know, each pony has their "crazy episode."  Party of one, lessons 0, apple buck season, so forth and so on.

 

imagine the episode starts off with the main six in straight jackets.

Apple jack slumping back "I always imagined we'd be visiting pinkie pie here."

Pinkie "The jokes on you guys, i escape from here all the time."

'I think they could totally pull it off light heatedly.

 

I think they wouldn't have to add to the characters at all.  just everyone on a bad day abroad, on some diplomatic mission,

another tripple g mis hap with out celestial to bail them out,

 

and after the flash back the episode could be about them escaping.

 

I mean the mental flaws is the shows most fun, why not embrace it all tungue and cheek like.

It's coming dangerously close to crossing the line that separates the "lol she's losing it" feel and "oh my god this is terrible" feel.

Nuthouse gags are fine (the barking prisoner from Read it and Weep) but involving an actually dedicated loony bin might be a bad idea seeing as how treating the mentally ill is a contentious subject that makes even adults uncomfortable.

Nope, not at all. Having the subject of someone being mentally ill isn't a good idea of putting it in an episode, so let's say no.

You see looney bin antics in cartoons all the time. (AND MLP I Dare you to tell me pinkie doesn't drift over that way)

 

and do you know why people were cool with it?  (one it was called lunie tunes), they took away taz in a straight jacket in tiny tunes and no one batted an eye.

 

or is it because the dimensia's the main six have are a little to, well realistic?
