So I want to know if we can cuss? And also how do I change the user title? Like the muffin thing above my avatar.

For the member title you cannot change it unless you donate or subscribe to the forums, doing that allows you to  change your member title, bigger signature space and avatars, your name in gold, and some other things as well. 

For cussing, keep it minimal. Don't swear in every sentence or second word and mostly keep your posts clean

As rascal said, you are unable to change your title unless you donate or subscribe. 
Swearing is allowed only if you self moderate. We're all old enough to know when its appropriate, so just dont go overboard. Hopefully this answers your question well enough.
