Alright, guess it's time for me to jump in. 

 

Name: James Vincent

Weapons/Other Abilities: A master swordsman with leadership and tactical abilities rarely seen in someone so young. While he has no magical abilities whatsoever, his natural athleticism and skill with a sword are such that he can hold his own just fine without them.

Backstory (Optional but appreciated): His entire life has been dedicated to training himself into the best soldier he can be. Both of his parents served in the military, and his father's family has a long and proud military tradition. There was never any question of what he would do with his life, although that's not to say it isn't what he wanted. Loyalty, honor, and a sense of duty come natural to him, and in the end it was his choice to join the military. He quickly rose through the ranks and became an officer, making a name for himself as an exceptionally talented warrior.

Appearance: Dark hair, blue eyes. Broad shouldered and somewhat taller than average with a lean and athletic build.

Personality: Somewhat stiff, tries to hide his emotions. He tends to be rather uncomfortable around civilians as a result of having been with the military all his life. He's brave when need be, though not recklessly so. When leading others, tend to run a tight ship, making sure everything is in order and maintaining a strictly no-nonsense presence. He can be intimidating, but when forced to interact socially beyond the basics of giving and receiving orders, he tends to struggle to figure out how to act, sometimes appearing almost helpless. Superior officers who have worked with him enough to know him on a somewhat more casual level often say that it's like an entirely different person.

Other: He's basically sort of a "duelist", if you will, in that the idea is that no-one is going to beat him in a fair (one on one) fight. At least, not without magic or something.

I feel like Reaper's definitely gonna try to bash heads with this guy Whether you'd like to take that figuratively or literally is your choice.

 

Also I'd like to mention to everyone that Reaper is absolutely going to be an OP OC. Nothing too crazy, but why would he need five elite warriors on him all the time if he wasn't incredibly dangerous?

Name: Elyssia Tauerial

Weapons/Other Abilities: Glass magic user; her abilities revolve around her incredibly hard bow (which is glass), and she uses the same material for arrows. She can enchant the arrows, but her magical supply is limited.

Backstory (Optional but appreciated): TBA (Elyssia was my first human OC, and she's undergoing a lot of change right now.)

Appearance: Slightly past shoulder light gold/white hair, which she keeps in a low ponytail. Fairly colourless eyes that have an almost translucent quality to them. Very pale skin, and fairly short for an elf. Her ears are pretty long, but not abnormally so for her kind. Since elves don't fully mature until about 90, Elys is about 126 years old. She wears light-weighed clothing in camoflauge-like browns and greens and her quiver, bow, and arrows are all made of glass.

Personality: Cold, unfeeling; has little sense of honour to others, but high personal pride. (TBA)

Other: She doesn't like most people (will be explained in backstory). May be a problem, but she can work around it.

She is the human version of Annex; I made her a pony as well.

 

EDIT: if need be I can submit a second character, but I see someone has already used the "skeleton as a weapon". Damn. Was hoping to use Vice. :-p

On topic, I decided to add in another character if you need one. 

 

Name: Arbad

 

Weapon/Skills: Is very strong and bulky. Arbad carries a huge, two handed scimitar...which he wields with one. Arbad can turn into smoke to teleport short distances and is intangible while doing so. The smoking ability is near instinctual and requires no conscious effort to activate from him

 

Backstory: Arbad was the creation of a wizard's magic mixing with his assistant. Arbad was a wizard's assistant until the wizard's teleportation spell went wrong and gave him the ability to turn into smoke. Arbad was enraged and left the wizard's care, now going from town to town, doing odd jobs for money. 

 

Appearance: Arbad is a giant of a man, about 7 feet tall. While he is very bulky, he doesn't look very muscular and could even be called pudgy. His hair is red, sweeping back into two braids. He wears thick, yellow armor on his chest, back, and head. His lower arms, shins, and shoulders are protected by purple armor that has literally been sewn into his skin. Black greaves armor his feet. His thighs, upper arms, and parts of his waist are exposed. 

 

Personality: Brutish and childish. He's rather stupid and gets angered easily and is very blunt about everything. He plays by rather childish rules but is surprisingly cunning, albeit dumb

 

Other: Arbad needs to be solid to attack, ergo, he is weak while attacking. His smoking ability is also disrupted if he's angered, causing him to teleport with less control. Arbad is terrible at making friends but likes having them

Actually, it wasn't an intentional reference. I made her like, six, seven years ago, and now it turns out to be an unfortunate coincidence since everyone seems to think that I was trying to copy the films. She wasn't even in the books, dammit. DX

I'll probably end up changing it, but I can't think of anything better at the moment, and I like the way the name sounds when put together :/
