Twilight Sparkle: could be good but might also be a bit too by the book making things sound dry and perhaps a bit too matter of fact.

 

Rainbow Dash: would probably exaggerate and embellish certain details, it would make for an interesting story but might be a tad inaccurate in some places.

 

Pinkie Pie: would go off on tangents and might not make a whole lot sense in certain parts but would be funny and entertaining

 

Fluttershy: would probably literally pee herself when she got to some of the really dark villains like Tirek, Grogar and the Shmooze

 

Rarity: like Twilight 50/50 she might be good but might also get a bit too dramatic

 

Applejack: can speak reasonably well and can probably also tell a decent story and has a very sexy voice that I can listen to all day.

 

Yeah I guess I am going with Applejack.
