I was originally keeping all my drawings on this front page (first post), but I've kinda grown to dislike how it has to be setup--I can't make it work how I want.

So, starting on page 2, I'ma just throw my drawings in new posts as I make 'em.

So basically, I've been wanting to practice more, and get this whole drawing bit figured out, especially when it comes to digital work.

Relatedly, I've also been wanting to create a psuedo-gallery somewhere on this site, so I have something to build up and come back and add to. Also, when I do a more finished work, I'd like to keep the WIP stages here and such for anyone curious to see how crud goes on.

So, welcome to my little art bin !!

I'm basically just throwing in MLP-related characters/crud from this day onwards, theoretically.
^{_{I'm also gonna try to separate each work, then separate each work further down to the stages the file went through to reach the final result, so you'll see both shaded and rough.}}

Hope y'all find it worth the look.

Ended up getting bogged down by a few more time-consuming tasks, so I didn't really manage to finish anything new before Spring Break withered away and died. Did a few sketches for more complex bits I want to play around with, and the lineart for another, but I wanna get a little further until I show that off.

So, I got some more miscellaneous stuff to contribute. Namely, some random sketches (I have a lot more, more only some scanned semi okay--either way, they almost disappear into the white background after scanning), and some digital stuff that is a little less final-looking.

The reference sheet was as close as I came to something finished before the end of spring break.   Not sure what to do now--I'd feel bad doing something very similar to the first two works without doing something, well, different first.

Gonna have to do something regarding the other characters of Camilla's story though... Hm.

I have occasionally.

Though lately it's been more in the direction of finding someone (pony?) I like and throwing art at people over it.   Some OCs are just more fun to draw.

Heh, I've actually been wanting to draw Luna for awhile now, but it's never started out well enough to finish. Beyond that... Berry punch, and not a lot of cannon characters either. 

And that's sweet of ya.   I think I found it? Still, awesome of ya to do.

Is that something good already picked out, or in general?   Curious.

They're kind of a hobby/ongoing-project of mine that just consumes a lot of my time.   ...And happens to be one of my fewer psuedo-skills.

Since childhood I do it. My father always says that may help me someday.

Well, I'm sure it would have it's uses.   Back in high school, drawing kinda became my way of trying to cheer people up because I was too awkward to really speak to people well.  So basically I drew cats and handed them off to people who looked to be having a bad day.

Anywaaays. I think your father is right; and if nothing comes up on its own, you can invent a reason (or use) I'm sure.

Right, so I think from now on I'ma just throw drawings in new posts.

 

 

 

First off are two rougher character design sketches--colored, but by no means polished or detailed, as if nothing else both lack shading. Didn't really feel like going that far when my purpose was to establish a design of some kind.

 

 

 

Also, since I see that it's not listed here, I think I'll include another, fairly decent one.

This one was done for one Cadetgray because I liked their character, and all the drawings they did of her. Her pony was too cute not to draw, and she seemed like an awesome person, so... this was the result of that sentiment.

 

 

And for completeness' sake, here's a drawing I shoved in it's own post, because I wanted to ask a few things about it specifically:

Thank you!  I like having bi-color wings, both feathered and not.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyways, I got another drawing to contribute to this thing, finally. 

 

 

New character I ended up making by the name of Miss Matched.
