He pulls out flags for her as he puts on on one end of the field a new seperate feild as he puts another flag at the other end. "Stay between these two flags and be warned this is very difficult," He says as he stretches he knew he would probably need to help her.

"Consider me warned then." Indigo said under her breath. She took two steps forward and was immediately stopped by the plow. She looked behind her and glared at the plow. Turning her head back around, she focused her gaze on the other flag. Finally taking a third step, she strained against the ropes binding her to the plow. With agonizing slowness, Indigo managed to make it a quarter of the way. "You're right. It's certainly different from mining." Indigo panted.

He smiles as he grabs the rope loosens the naught as looks at her. "Try to keep up" He says with a smile as he starts pulling the plow like it was nothing, hes been doing this for years so of course he has the muscle stamina for it as they reach halfway. (bleh)

Indigo simply kept alongside him while they plowed the line. "Of course it's easy for you. You've been doing this your whole life." She said to Apple Squeezing Cider. They reached about three quarters of the way and she saw him hardly breaking a sweat. 'Of course he's built for this. He's done this his whole life.' Indigo thought to herself.

He smiles at her, "Well i was bucking since i was a little filly after all i am related to the apple family" He says smileing proudly, he was proud of where he came from as he they finally reached the finished line. "Wanna see something even i have trouble plowing?" He asked as he chuckles.

Indigo Night panted as they finished plowing. "Hang on ... a ... second ..." She panted. She took heaving breaths and finally got enough air in her lungs to speak normally. "You .. have trouble plowing? I'd like to see that." She grinned. 'This should be good to see.' Indigo thought to herself.

He drags out a huge deep plow using a wide feilds as he pulls it as if it was nothing yet again but this time he was sweating as he chuckles. "this thing is huge and is harder and harder to pull when you get used to it sometimes itll hurt the next day when you use it" He pants

Indigo Night's mouth fell open as she saw the size of the plow. "It's HUGE! Shouldn't it be the opposite way though? Y'know, shouldn't it get easier the more you get used to it?" Indigo asked him. She couldn't believe HE couldn't pull that monstrosity of a plow. "There's no way you can't pull that plow. I still want to see you try it, but there is no way you can pull that!" Indigo said delightedly.

He chuckles and smiles as he puts the lasso on and starts moveing it no problem but he was sweating alot as he started plowing a wide and deep feild chuckling and smileing as he started to get faster and faster. (200 Characters poka-chan XDDDDDDDD)

Indigo Night's smile turned into a frown as she saw how much he was sweating. 'If he sweats that much while using it, then why won't he just stick to the easier plows?' Indigo thought to herself. She saw him start to walk faster and faster and soon enough, Indigo saw Apple break into a trot but at this point, it looked like he was sweating buckets.

He chuckles as he finishes the job and sits down for a second he tosses indigo night a apple juices as he drinks his, happy as can be after a tired days work it can sure be refreshing when he has apple juice. He looks at her, "so how long have you been in the mining business?" He asked her looking at her curiously.

Indigo Night caught the apple juice and drank some of it. "Mining business? I've been in it since I was a filly, ever since I could pick up a pickaxe. So practically my whole life." Indigo told him. She looked at the apple juice and sighed. "I don't even know why I'm about to tell you this. When I had struck my first vein of gems, I must have hit something especially hard because a ringing noise rang out. Since it was so loud, a cave-in was caused. My parents were so excited that I had struck my first vein that they had neglected to put up supports.

 

"My dad pushed me out of the way of the avalanche and I was by my mum's side when it caved in. When dust billowed out from the force of the rocks hitting the ground, I looked for mum. She wasn't anywhere to be found, so eventually, the other miners concluded that she was in the cave in along with my dad." Indigo choked on the last few words and tears silently slid down her face. This is the first time she openly talked about it and it was in front of a pony she just met!

He frowns as he throws a hoof over her shouldder. ""Hey come on now no crying you got the pertiest face i have ever seen when ya cry it just makes ya look sad so lets try to cheer up just a little ok?" He tells her "my mom and dad wasn't their i had to grow up with my grandparents my parents just dissappeared" he explains

Indigo shook her head. "It's not the same. I had no family when my parents died.They were the only family I had." Indigo said asdly. Sre, she had the other miners but she never had any 'real' family since her parents died. "At least you had a family." Indigo Night shut her eyes to stop the flow of tears but they just kept on coming.

Apple embraced her in a full hug, "Yeah i know come on let it out you probably never let it out to begin with" He says as he smiles letting her cry on his shoulder, he knew her pain, loseing family members was like losing your closest friend except worse.

Indigo Night felt Apple hug her but all taht she could see was that memory of the cave-in. "I'm sorry! I'm sorry I didn't save you! No, don't leave me on my own! PLEASE!" Indigo Night let the floodworks out and she broke down crying on to Apple's shoulder. 'He's right. I haven't let myself think at all about that day.' Indigo thought to herself as she cried.

He rubs her mane being there for her actually showing he cared even if they just met, he couldnt take a pony crying especially a cute mare like her as he smiles sadly, "There there" He whispers in her ear. "Just let it all out" He instructs her.

"I'm, sooorry!!" Indigo shouted at the memory. She cried her eyes out on Apple's shoulder. Eventually calming down, she still gave a few tremors ever now and then. "I didn't mean to ..." She said softly. She didn't know if she was still talking to the memory or now talking Apple. "I'm sorry if you heard any of my shouting." Indigo apologised to Apple.

"Your blaming yourself for the entire event" He puts a hoof on her cheek. "You need to let go, your mother and father loved you very much, they gave their lives to protect you, would they want to see you sad and blame yourself when they wanted you to live?" He askes smileing.

Indigo looked at Apple as she continued trying to calm down. "But I can't let go. I've forced myself to not think about that since I was a filly. This is the first time I've openly talked about it. And you are right. They wouldn't want to see me sad and they wouldn't want me blaming myself." Indigo sighed. She can't help but blame herself.

"Its not your fault, it could never be your fault" He says putting a hoof on her shoulder and smileing. "Think about it, your father and mother gave their life to see you through, they didnt want there most precious daughter die right there, no they wanted a happy future for you"

"They wanted a happy future for me. Right." Indigo said. "How can I have a happy future? I was fine. Sad, but fine." Indigo told him. She couldn't help but look at him. How can she look away? He was right there in front of him. 'What's he doing? First he puts a hoof on my cheek, and then puts a hoof on the opposite shoulder.' Indigo thought to herself. She didn't want to complete that train of thought.

He then smiles as he sits down watching her. "What you think im sort of pervert? Come on i can read you like a book." He chuckles then he starts laughing, he couldnt help it it just sounded ridiculous and very funny. As he chuckles looking at her smileing.

"No, I don't think you're a pervert. It's actually kind of cute." Indigo Night told him. She was grateful for his comfort and even though she's just met him, it feels like they've become fast friends. She gave him a watery smile and sat down near him. "I fell a bit better now." Indigo Night said.

"Its all good" He says as he smiles. "You know if you need someone to talk to you got a pony right here i aint goin anwheres" He says with his country accent as he chuckles. "Hey maybe you just needed some pony to talks to anyways" He says chuckling. (200000000)
