searching Magical Division {Non-MLP Roleplay} Most likely in a PM

In the year of 3403, the humans had evolved so much with themselves. Of course the earth was dead, but society lived on, placed on another planet, somewhere in the 2nd Milky way. Life was anything but peaceful though. For humans to live on this new earth, they had to be vaccinated with a cure for the only known, and very deadly,Metraphilia(Met-tra-feel-e-ya) At the age of 16. But some humans reacted differently to the cure. They mutated. Society turned against them, and outlawed the mutated for witchcraft, for the mutated could control objects mass and matter. Anyone found as a mutate, was put to death instantly. Many mutates heard rumor of a safe haven for them, and have tried to make trips to it, but most never reached their target. Now, you and others such as friends and/or enemies have had a fairly normal life, but after the vaccination, you start to feel..different. 


So, who wants to join? You can have up to 2 charachters in control. (3 if you ask nicely. :3)

I just have a few questions:

 

1. Does the mutation change the appearance
2. If Yes, how does it change the appearance
3. how has weaponry (if allowed) evolved
4. How has technology change?

I really only have 2 human OCs

and I like to use them a lot!

So I try to give every human RP a chance because they seem to be so rare.

And I was so looking forward to drawing and Mutated Incognito...

They can levitate thing and morph them. Like change their shape.
