Kimchi is the national dish of Korea and is made of spicy pickled vegetables. We have a lot of Korean restaurants in my area and they always serve this stuff, it's (usually) really good. (It tastes better than it looks, btw) EDIT: Forgot a TPAM. Um...TPAM has been to an amusement park in the past two years.
