*Thinking* Is it STILL 2001? :blink-rd:

They're still around, still touring... Specifically, they're opening for Metallica on their current US tour.

I can't believe I got some things mixed up in Deltarune and probably mistook fan creations for something canon :scoots:

These newer chapters are weird as far as the tips people provide. It's hard to know what to look for sometimes. I wonder if it's just because some secrets haven't been found yet, but the way the Deltarune community is, they're usually pretty quick to explore all the game's secrets. Maybe I'm just overthinking some segments! :applejackconfused:

Understandable! I bought it the day of release because I'm obsessed, but save your money if that works better for you! I've already beaten the game (minus the "fight" route since I like to spare everyone the first time around) so let me know if you need any tips!

Glad your counselor is compatible, too!

I'm just so happy I'm done with work for the day. Work felt like it lasted an eternity.

exactly, I only spend on my favorite video games that have a very high playability and therefore always playable without getting bored.

I'll never be enough. I'm so much now, but it's not enough for the right person or people. MaYbE wHeN i'M fOrTy...

You're enough to me :coco: You've accomplished a lot in your life, you should be proud of yourself! If someone out there is not seeing your worth then they're just not someone worth being around, anyways.

It was so exciting to see that @Sparklefan1234 made a Deltarune-inspired banner for me! :yay: He didn't have to do that, putting up with my Deltarune infodumping was gift enough to me! :ButtercupLaugh: Still, the banner was a really nice surprise!

Linux is easy to use, probably not as much as Windows but that's a GUI issue more than anything, but Ubuntu I found is very stable. Uses far less memory than Windows 11 ever did while having almost the same capabilities. I'm doing file transfers from a Minecraft server and even with that, only 4.4gb of my total RAM is being used. Does Linux deserve its negative reputation on audio drivers? I don't know, but you get what you pay for, and given Linux isn't as popular and isn't a paywall type of OS, I can forgive the minor quirks here and there. But I would say it is darn impressive what has been achieved already. With Proton you can get almost any PC game working, not that any of it is needed for Minecraft Java, Minecraft Java works with Linux natively, but with Proton or Wine, some Windows apps do work, and sometimes perform better.

I've been getting way more fps out of this in Linux than in Windows. One feature I do appreciate in Linux is the sudo command thing, as it locks down any change to the OS with an admin password, making it inherently more secure. I might still need a firewall, but my router has that already.

The Steam Deck actually runs natively on Linux as well so I think gaming being problematic on Linux is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. mlp-dawhyeah.png.0c2ace79a47d1bea6dbc9370ab836370.png Now if only audio production software and VSTs could follow suite, that's the only thing stopping me from switching over permanently...
