Any other Bronies into Cake Decorating or Chefs out there?

Hey I was just wondering if there were any bronies here that are interested in either the sweet or the savory.

 

It would be nice to connect with some fellow chefs to exchange recipes or something.

I bake quite a bit. Mostly breads though. It was my mum who did the cakes and decorating. She based a catering business around it many, many years ago. She's retired now, though, due to arthritis.

 

A funny thing, my wife makes our cheese from unpasteurized whole milk, so we end up with a *lot* of whey left over. So I end up making massive amounts of different types of sourdough just trying to get rid of the stuff.

Im not really willing to give up my own recipes, but if you want something specific i may be able to offer some ideas up.

soon i will go on a baker college (i guess you can call it)
yes I am interested in baking i been it for a long time now and is going to make it into my future job
but i got nothing i can really share because i only know some finnish and swedish recipes for bread and some sweets of which i don't know all the ingredients in English
