request 2014 MLPF World Cup Group Stage Standings

Hey guys!

 

I need an artist who can create for me something like this for the 2014 MLPF World Cup this summer! I want 8 nice looking tables like the one below. However, instead of GF, GA, and GD, I want VF, VA, and VD. Furthermore, I want a tropical background, probably that of the Everfree forest for each of the groups. Finally, I want the groups labelled from Group A to H in alphabetical order.
