Feeling Pinkie Keen. Pinkie Pie lets Twilight use her bathtub after she gets covered in mud.

 

Anyway, I agree that one way or another Rainbow Dash probably keeps herself clean, but doesn't do much with her mane and tail because it gets blown around in flight anyway.

I'm sure they all shower, though Rarity is the only one I could see taking a bath.

 

Taking baths everyday is actually very unhealthy for the skin. Trice a week is enough.

Eugh, especially since you're basically soaking in your own filth, too. Plus, showers just feel much more relaxing.

Yeah, Fluttershy gets away with it because she's a pony. If she were a person, she'd be that crazy lady who lives in a shack and refuses to acknowledge the authority of the federal government by throwing watter bottles filled with urine at the census taker.

True, true, but personally, if I had their positions, I'd bathe at least once a day. Also, I could see Rarity taking 3 a day, seeing as how she hates dirt and scum, and would want to keep that gorgeous mane of hers prim and proper.

In all honesty, I would guess the regularity of personal hygiene to go:

 

Rarity (because Rarity)

Pinkie Pie (because being fun, she'd always want to be clean and inoffensive with regards to her odor, plus she's always having to wipe frosting off of herself)

Fluttershy (because despite living with animals all the time and being shy, I think her personality would prevent her from smelling terrible or being unkempt, because it would draw even more attention, most of it negative, to her)

Twilight (because she would always like to be presentable in case of an appearance by Celestia, but she might not keep up appearances as much when she gets lost in her work, you know how those studious nerd types can get)

Rainbow Dash (because she only cleans herself when she NEEDS to, like any good egotistical tomboy)

Applejack (because you can't keep taking time out from farm work to shower and wash your face, you just do it once at the end of the night)
