I understand that most of the ponies would be possibly creeped out by a random person petting them. I hate seeing any pony attack a human that is loving. But if they are random and overbearing I can see why its would be annoying But at least a friend would be cool with it especially if they had a good relationship with them. Dash and AJ would both like it especially with AJ as we saw with spike scratching her. But with a human friend, I think they both may like it. I'm assuming they at least feel ok/safe around you. I'm guessing that they are the size of very large dogs and Celestia is the size of a large Doe. Pinkie: will probably go along with it- not much seems to phase her. Rarity: "Well I never! YOU OAF!" (trots away annoyed with her head up and eyes closed) Applejack: "Um, yeah. I don't think so partner." Gives a glare and then kicks you good if you're dumb enough to continue. Fluttershy: She would see humans as a creature and probably be extremely happy- She didn't seem to have a problem with the manticore picking her up and licking her. She only seems shy around ponies/griffons/etc. Dash: "Just try that again- I DARE you" (Giving an angry glare) You do and get your hand chomped while she starts to take off. Twilight: "Um, ok." (she gets that shrunken iris surprised look and uses her magic to pick you up then set you down about 10 feet away) Celestia: Has a creeped-out/worried look while you're petting/examining her mane trying to figure out what the hell it is. One second later you're standing on the moon. Now if they know you- they might be more tolerant. Since I already posted some images of the ponies that you addressed may be annoyed if they dont like you, here are these ones if they do like you, and just want to relax for the stay and you surprise them with cuddle, and petting time. It sort of reminds me of this video... Well, that is really annoying, I think anyone would be annoyed lol. Twilight was being very patient about in that video instead of doing somehting worse to that person. I think a real horse would get annoyed and probaly buck a person. Singe 2,111 April 7, 2014 Author Share April 7, 2014 The point was if Mane 6 were touched like horses. Mane 6 will be no different from normal horses or any animal. Before touching them a level trust has to be established between the person and animal along with the animal being calm/relaxed. Even horses will not let stangers touch them randomly. However if you were close friends or in a relationship, and you were doing it either to for some emotional intimacy or to comfort them I don't think they would mind. (Nothing dirty intended there). Fluttershy would not be afraid of a human on the first time. She never met a human and has no basis of that fear. For example, birds actually don't enjoy hugs. Ponies can take some petting, but if they don't like it, they will kick you.
