What's the longest time you've been without your favorite game?

 

Here's my story:

I have a Windows 8.

I also have Minecraft!

It is my all time favorite game.

 

One day Notch made an update that had an accidental bug...

 

This bug made it so certain Windows 8 computers would have problems with having the compatability to run Minecraft.

I didn't think anything of it at first and thought they would fix it anytime soon.

For two whole month I went Minecraftless.

By the end of the last month I was on the brink of going insane.

Then they fixed the bug. :-)

And I lived happily ever after.

I haven't gone more than 3 days without playing the binding of Isaac since I bought it. However, I've spent the last few months waiting for the remake "The binding of Isaac: Rebirth." It's not just a normal remake however. Not only does it have a new art style, and a completely new soundtrack, it also includes over 150 new items, 3 new playable characters, new bosses, enemies, rooms, and secrets, and tons of gameplay changes to improve on the original. It's including actual controller support, and fixing all of the weird and annoying bugs from the original. Like this one time a boss got stuck in a wall and I had to restart the whole game!

 

 Plus, it's coming out on Ps Vita, which means I'll have Isaac on the go. It's the only reason I'm buying a vita. Every time I play Isaac now, I feel like I'm playing a tech demo, it's driving me mad.

8 years. THPS2 on PS1 is my favorite game to date. My mom sold my PS1 for $1, I repeat $1! And 8 years later I bought a PS1 and got to play. (I was 8 now 16)

Tbh, i can go days without playing video games. Sometimes i get tempted but real life with school, work, etc. thats more important than a game.

 

But for this i cant really answer but, i havent touched a need for speed game for a year or so which has been my most fave racing series ever but i got into shooting games alot more than racing

I can last without my favorite games, though my longest break was when I left one (can't remember which it was) for about a week before finally beating the last level.

Few months, because I play all my favorite games in phases, sometimes I play Unreal Tournament 2004 non-stop, sometimes I play Doom II non-stop, sometimes I play Quake II non-stop, sometimes I play gmod non-stop etc.

my all time favorite game must be Dead Space 2. tough i don't play it all too often anymore. i think the longes i've gone without it must have been about 7 months.

Considering my favorite game of all time is Wild Arms 2, which is an RPG, I've gone several years without playing it. I'm the type who typically doesn't replay games all that often. I'm constantly playing new ones.
