I've got a ton. They make up most of my music library. I pretty much add any song I happen to run into while playing a game that literally makes me stop and think "This is some really nice music". It happens a lot.

I have a couple of Zelda OSTs, and Kingdom Hearts I and II's OSTs. Basically anything from either series I've been able to find in stores. But I don't currently have any songs from any of them on my iPhone that I listen to at work.

The entire Earthbound soundtrack, The entire pokemon soundtrack (First 2 games), The entire Metroid soundtrack (first 4), Various songs from sonic games (Instrumentals, not Crush 40 and such. But Supporting Me was pretty good), Howl of the Departed from the Lost Odyssey, a few songs from Minecraft, and the entire soundtrack from the first 2 Golden Sun games.

 

Most of these I just use for the MIDIs because they make terrific samples
