Where can i find the Credits music from Twilight's Kingdom?

It's just that i liked the beautiful end credits song. It was different from the typical MLP theme tune. And i am not talking about the song they all sing near the end. I mean at the credits. Unfortunately a hub ident interrupted it. Does anyone have it?
