Help! Needing a team to make a great new pony game mod

Some people have probably heard of the "Ponymon Dusk/Dawn" mod for Pokemon Sapphire/Ruby. It's a fun game, but I have plans of my own, inspired by the concept. A game with more completeness, and a different storyline.

 

What I need is help assembling this together. Sprites, game music, tile layout, and text editing are going to be a part of this. This sounds difficult, but with more people, I can accomplish it faster and it'd be fun.

 

I'm currently developing a plot for the story, and thanks to a couple of friends, I've gotten a few great suggestions. Still, I'm hoping for at least one experienced person on my team.

You bring me to an excellent point. The game music will be mostly original. Things like gym music will be altered, as well as the battles themselves. Luckily, I've got an MIDI keyboard, that I can hopefully use as a medium for the music. However, finding a efficient way of inputting different music may be out of my hands. I've got no programming experience whatsoever.
