That vector... it's hand made, no bases. All of it.

Well the person who request the Ed Edd and Eddy as ponies has left the forums   Well I guess I will just post what I had done with that persons.....but I want to note I couldn't find good matching colors and I messed up on the unibrow on Ed, he looks like he has one eye xD so no judge!   xD
