Did Mane 6 betrayed their elements already?

Applejak lied to Pinkie in "Party for one" and Spike in "Spike at your service"; Twilight didn't understand Pinkie'sense; Rarity catching the flowers during the wedding, and in element exageration Pinkie caused problems with clones.

All of them have. They're not perfect beings. It shows that everypony has flaws but when tough times arrive, they will stay true to their friends and represent the element they stand for.

I'm not really sure those things justify the ponies betraying their elements. Sure, Applejack lied, but she was visibly suffering while doing it. Twilight didn't understand Pinkie's sense, but I'm not sure what that has to do with magic, or the magic of friendship. Pinkie Pie's clone issue was literally "all in good fun" - fun; laughter, etc. And Rarity... Well, I don't know what to tell you. She's a hopeless romantic.

They betrayed their elements several times already. Which is a good thing (otherwise they would be so boring and unidimensional X_X).

Depends on What do you mean by "betray"?  I've seen some fan fics that they were chosen to be their Elements because these are the traits that they value the most, not necessarily the ones they exemplify (Do as I say, not as I do).  This makes sense to me.
