Just something I thought was funny. Saw Star Wars the Last Jedi only 3 days after it released and there was a shockingly low amount of people in the theater.
Saw MLP 2 weeks after it's release and there was more people in that theater

@Night Storm Correction: The Last Jedi impacted a lot -- in a shark-jumpy way.

Liked Movie Magic more than the last one, lots of RD and Twilight being dorky

Now Friendship Games
1) Cinch, your a really shitty villain, and that is why
Spoileryou're now unemployed
2) We can have a bunch of cameos of characters everyone hates, like Trenderhoof, Blueblood, Jet Set and Upper Crust, but Lightning Dust is too hard. But we can have a recolor of her though!
She just can't catch a fucking break

As much as I enjoy Friendship Games, I feel that it really needed a bit more running time (like being actually an hour and half like most animated films in theaters are) to expand upon a few things such as expanding on the characters of the Shadowbolts. But thankfully I hear that the EQG special Dance Magic at least did a decent job to give them a little bit more character development, so there's at least that going for them.

eh; it wrapped up their arc by having them learn about cooperation and friendship and portraying them as not truly evil at heart, but I wouldn't say it really gave them character dev. The only two with any personality are still Sour sweet and sugar coat.
They also don't really do a heel face turn so much as the plot glosses over their actions with a "They're being evil for the RIGHT reasons, they're not true villains!" thing by trying to say they screwed rarity for the sake of their schoolmates.
Still wondering where Indigo zapp was during the dance magic thing though.

Oh look, a DC movie that actually looks fun

One of the few instances of the final product being better than the E3 presentation
