  1. Not sure whom Rabia is.

The leader of the Umbrum, and the voice behind that talking crystal that kickstarted Sombra's villainy.

Basically, the "Morgoth" to his "Sauron."

Could you answer what Radiant Hope's endgame originally was?

She spent a millennium being conditioned to believe such desperate measures were the only way to save both her friend and his (not-)misunderstood race.

Unwise decision-making along the way, yes, but nowhere even close to sociopathy.

  2. One exception is Radiant Hope from Siege, because she's a complete Mary Sue, lured in villains to sabotage the Empire, and watched others get hurt and killed all for the goal of reviving Sombra without a shred of guilt.

    I disagree.

Spending a millennium being manipulated by a bunch of shinigami-like things would affect anyone's decision-making.

Also, when Cadance reveals their true nature, Hope doesn't continue living in denial about them, but instead starts scrambling to prevent Sombra from releasing them, and then she later raises some valid points about "destiny" to convince him he's wrong.

Furthermore, she ultimately goes off with Sombra to revive Amore as part of their atonement, not to just walk away as if nothing happened.

  3. And Starlight couldn't have just visited Sunburst in Canterlot because...? After all, she clearly got her own Cutie Mark in magical talent at some point.

Personally, I would've written her backstory like this: She was once a Blank Flank misfit just like how the CMC used to be, complete with bullies just like how DT and SS used to be. But unlike the CMC, she ultimately got her Mark when she finally snapped and swore revenge against all Marks, and her special talent happened to be enough magical talent to accomplish just that.

With the King Sombra timeline for example, whatever happened to Nightmare Moon, Discord and Queen Chrysalis?

When he reclaimed the Empire, he presumably absorbed enough fear from the Crystal Ponies to turn the other villains to stone (not unlike in the comics) or something.

  4. It's because Sting was loyal to WCW and was offerd a job at WWF at the time after Vince bought out WCW, but wasn't interested, and we all know how Vinnie Mac loves to screw over WCW brass when he can. Look at how WWF handled DDP and Dean Malenko, two of the best WCW had to offer, but Dean was barely used and DDP had that godawful angle with Undertaker. Even 14 years after the fact, Vince likes to rub it in everyone's face how he beat WCW and flaunts it whenever he can, and it shows with his booking.

Sting's loyalty to WCW is probably what made WWE bury him like a Crow-faced cat turd.

And Sting had actually refused to sign with WWE for so long because he feared that very thing.

Way to prove him right, WWE... and way to shoot yourselves in the collective foot even more.

  5. There's a way they can salvage this I feel:

Since Roman got screwed over once again and this is another semi-traditional Survivor Series screwjob, and a few weeks before on Raw, Roman said that he didn't want to be handed the belt, he could theoretically go after The Authority and maybe team up with Ambrose (Who I felt would fit this role better, but bare with me)

The main issue I see with The Authority is, aside from how long they've been around, the lack of foil. They're The Corporation of this generation, but no Stone Cold to go against them, no Undertaker to try and usurp power from them. Dean would have made a perfect foil, and Roman could do the job well, since he showed he wants nothing to do with The Authority giving him perks. Let it culminate in a Triple H Vs. Reigns match at WM 32.

The Corporation allowed for an even playing field full of weekly surprises.

The Authority are just a bunch of boring Sosuke Aizens who are no doubt one of the major reasons behind WWE's ratings-crash.
