I was in one in 6th grade with a boy who was at my school, but moved away in the next district. We barely talked, and it really didn't last long. All was good though, because before I called it quits, he did and we both laughed about it in the end. The relationship didn't last, buuut at least we were still friends. C:

1. Yes, but most I never really talked to that much.

2.I heard about how they were banned because of other members, but so far all their reasons are valid. Rules are the rules, and if any member does something that is against policy, than they must face the consequences. The mods are only doing their job by doing what is necessary unless proven otherwise.

Usually saying something positive is really good when giving constructive critism for the most part. Saying, "This isn't good, but here is where you need help" is being specific on where the artist needs improvement, unless there is nothing positive to say about it of course.

It can really lift someone's spirits if you try to find something positive, and it will inspire them to improve everything else. Saying nothing but negative stuff will only discourage, making them think they aren't cut out. Only they can decide that for themselves.

Like what ooBrony said, art is art. Critiscm for art is really opinionated, so most of the time its hard to find critiscm that's actually trying to help someone rather than getting picky.
