Well, I can explain this. The reason there isnt a dedicated block button is because the games want to stick out from each other. Traditional games keep their block as hold back on the D-pad. There isnt a "real" reason they are different, they could make block like Street Fighter ( Hold back.), however they want it to feel different for the players. There is no advantage, just a different button layout. Also, wave-dashing is canceling a dash into another dash. More technically spoken: You cancel your dash using frames on another move (I.E Crouch in Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3) which allows you to keep your momentum while dashing once again. Look up Super Smash Bros. Melee wave dashes. -
I only know of one Luna fanfic and thats Claro de Luna. I really enjoyed that one and I have looked for anymore, but I might do that in a few days. -

I tried the Vinyl Scratch one last night after gathering some courage( I was scared for two months to try it) and it didnt work the first time. So, I waited 10 minutes and tried it again. Whoa! It was pretty crazy, but I didnt see any of the images that were described. My body was very relaxed though. Two problems: The speaker stumbled on her words a few times and my chest( My heart to be more exact) felt heavy and made it hard to breathe. I dont know if it was because I was lying down or what, but I did feel I had hooves instead of hands. Ill try it in a chair next time so that Im sitting up. -

Ms. James caught one student near the school @@Civil Sunset, and forced him into the classroom. "What were you doing late to class!?" She yells at him. @ Civil panicked for a moment, desperately looking for something that would sate this teachers quest for punishment. "I.. Was helping other students get unpacked.." He lied cooly before quickly taking a seat in the back of the class. Bag was palced next to him before dragging out a notebook with a pencil in it, though he wasnt sure how it was there. Eyes were looking all around, hopefully he'll find something that will help him and the others get back to Equestria. Tch, this will take some time.. Please, everypony, be careful.

Ive had this happen a few times to me. For some reason I cant fathom why things just go haywire, but its really weird. Its weird because it wasnt bad terms or anything. My friend stopped talking to me for no reason and I feel like I did something wrong and I did not. He just ignores me for no reason. *Sigh* I dont know what the problem is..

Maybe I can find out something with that." He turned away from them both, heading to his assigned class. "Dont worry! Ill be careful!" He called back to them, trotting a bit fast as to not be late. His mind recalled some of the rules that were plastered against the wall. Things will be hard..
