why are humans at the second they are born have a phobia of creatures with sharp teeth and deformed faces? was there a point where a creature like this existed and hunted humans causing us to be on the look out for this "thing" since our first breath in life in case this monster as you would put it still is out there craving flesh. im just saying be careful out there

For me what scares me is when I cannot read the expressions, emotions, or thought process of such a creature. Unpredicability from a deformed humanoid chasing me with pointy teeth terrifies me because I don't know to what extent it wants me, and what for. It could eat me alive, or just harvest my organs alive, either way. Not being able to tell is what scares me.
