      He was the villain in the original MLP TV special in the 80's. I don't think it's Tirek, though; his MO (1,000 years of night) is a bit too similar to Nightmare Moon, and Tirek is a centaur.

      I remember when I first got into the movies through Ponyo. From there, I saw Spirited Away (on Youtube first but I bought it later) and then I started buying the rest of the movies off Amazon. Costed me an arm and a leg and I'm only up to about seven but it was darn worth it!

    I got a good laugh, watching Rarity pigging out on eight quarts of vanilla ice cream... And Spike? *sigh* Gee! look here, a booby-trapped book, hidden behind a locked iron gate AND a secret door... Nothing bad ever came from reading a book...right? Couldn't Rarity at least restore the Sister's old castle? *facehoof* *deep breath* *exhale* Ok... I'm fine... really.

      In my experience, if you treat people with respect and do your best to reward their efforts, they will respond by working harder and more efficiently. Unfortunately, most companies are too focused on the bottom line to see this.

    @Scarlet, I'm hoping that she can help, now that she is an alicorn. My experiment, the Device, uses magic to power machinery. At it's heart, the core was a much larger crystal than this one. But I needed alicorn magic instead of unicorn magic..It..overloaded and... I was desperate, i threw myself into the Device, trying to stop it..then I blacked out. when I woke, days later in the hospital, they told me what happened. I hope that the Princess has some insight as to what happened.

    @Scarlet & Tangent, Flash rubs his neck. Well see that's just it, there has never been, as far as I know, anything like this. I'm aging at twice my normal rate. Ever since the lab accident, where... I lost my friends... Flash sobs and pounds his hoof on the bar. It's all my fault! My arrogance, my pride killed them...

    @Scarlet, Well, for starters... I want a cure for the magical ailment that is killing me. Flash turns around to face the bar again, and chugs the entire flagon of ale, then orders a pitcher full. This little rock is the only clue i have to this big buckin' mystery. Flash idly plays with the tiny glowing crystal.

    Flash looks over his shoulder at Solar and shoots him a smile, then turns back to Scarlet with one eyebrow raised. You looking for a rodeo, little pony? Flash drains his mug of cider and orders up a flagon of Dragonale, thinking to himself : what the buck am I doing?!
