      @Tropical Melody How can I check if there are corrupted sectors in my external HDD?

      Btw, I'm testing another usb cable from another external HDD in my home and it seems everything is working fine. Maybe the problem is the original usb cable instead of the HDD itself

      The testing sectors thing was a LONG time ago, think I used something called Norton Tools.
