    "Thanks," she answered. "I know other ponies who would have taken advantage of me if I were like this." She took a deep breath and kept talking, "By now you've probably noticed I have narcolepsy, huh? Sorry for not telling you earlier, I just don't like to talk about it."

    @, When she woke up, Hollow realized that she was not on the bench with the stallion - Raze - anymore. Instead, her head was resting gently against the trunk of a tree. She leapt up, heart pumping wildly, but sat down again after seeing that there was no threat - Except for Raze right next to her. A slight blush crept across her face as she stammered, "Oh, yeah. Sorry for startling you like that." You can't just talk to a pony without passing out, can't you? her inner voice yelled. He probably thinks you're a drunk or something.

    "Same here," Hollow replied. "There's really nothing interesting for me to solve. The most serious case I've had in months was just a theft. Now I just lie around at home doing nothing." The relaxing atmosphere was beginning to make her narcolepsy kick in. Damn it, I can't just pass out here! she thought frantically. Hollow struggled to stay awake, but her brain took over. She barely had time to brace for the 'thump' as she fell onto the ground.

    'I'm a detective,' Hollow grinned, 'not that it gets me a lot of money, but someone's gotta do it.' She swallowed. 'Used to be in the Royal Guard too, as a sentry. Got basic training, but I left. It was for the best anyway. I like being a detective more.' She gestured to her cutie mark, a magnifying glass with a purple bat wing on each side.

    'Wow,' Hollow said, genuinely impressed. 'I mean, you don't get many ponies around here with a name like that.' She settled down and bit decisively into her fritter. I don't remember them being this sweet. Maybe Pinkie Pie had something to do with this batch. 'What's your talent, then? Cooking? Swordplay?'

    'Sleepy Hollow,' she replied, then chuckled, simultaneously unwrapping her fritter. 'Not much of a common name around Ponyville, ponies here usually have more cheerful names.' She cleared her throat embarrassedly. Hope I didn't mess up. '...so, how about you?'

    Hollow was slightly surprised at bumping into the pony from before. "Hello... again," she said good-naturedly. "I was just hoping to buy some breakfast."Turning her attention to the apple stall, she bought an apple fritter but wrapped it up for later. It wouldn't be polite to eat in front of the other ponies in line.

    (HOLY DAMN YOU ARE FAST) Hollow was feeling rather bored without social interaction. 'Oh well,' she thought to herself, and went to the market looking for some breakfast. Perhaps she'd go exploring Ponyville today. An apple market stall caught her eye, and she headed in its direction. It was popular, apparently, because several other ponies were also approaching the stall.

    I agree, but socially Fluttershy would have the toughest time. Prison is full of jerks, and her personality doesn't help.

    'Thanks,' she smiled hesistantly. 'I don't usually get around Ponyville that much, but it's nice to meet a good-natured pony for a change. I sure hope that mare is okay.' Hollow felt this was a good time to introduce herself. 'My name's Sleepy Hollow. What's yours?'

    Having seen the new pony's conflict resolved, Hollow truned her head to see a pegasus mare crash into the sheets hanging between some houses and fall to the ground. She winced, and ran towards the mess. "Uh," she said, "are you okay? Can you stand up?" She offered a hoof to the fallen pegasus.

    An earth pony woke up in her cottage near the Everfree Forest. 'Well,' she grumbled, 'looks like I'm out of food.' This usually wasn't a problem, not when she could go days without food when focused on a case, but she didn't have any clients. Plus, the smell of baked apple lingering in the air was making her hungry. She grabbed a few bits that were lying on her table and trotted at a brisk pace towards the Town Square. She noticed a small commotion. Apparently, one of the ponies were lost. Sleepy Hollow trotted over to the lost pony - a navy blue unicorn - and put on a friendly smile. 'Hello there! You must be new to Ponyville.' @Dynamo Pad

    Undertale. Somehow, I'm stuck fighting Asgore with only a single Dog Residue in my inventory.

    I believe that it isn't seasonal rot; there were some bumpy spots fandom-wise in earlier seasons. I think that because some of the fandom believe this (or S7) to be the last season, they're judging the episodes more harshly.

    I think so too. Also, GoH could serve as a last resort / clean slate if FiM somehow becomes unpopular.
