      Actually it's really not my OC. It's really just a ponified version of the Sixth Doctor from Doctor Who. XD

      Yeah, I've noticed he's usually portrayed as mint green. My guesses are that either a lot of people thought a brown coat doesn't look good with a blonde mane (I can see their point though) or the mint green coat goes well with the whole 80's theme (and that glorious technicolor coat he's wearing). Though in the show there is a blue pony that looks like the third doctor.
