Always be careful folks, even though you might be strong with your convictions (saying this as somebody who respects people who are able to stand by their convictions reasonably), you never know whom you might cross.
Sometimes it is just better to be safe rather than sorry

Sometimes people you agree with can take things over the top and present themselves as the very extremists they cry out against. Sometimes they themselves can go over the line as well.
This is why I never really attach myself to anyone on something political or social as your views can go along with others only so far.

Going out for morning runs, training at the gym (every now an then between intervals) and then swimming in the pool, both straining and relaxing my muscles and then training my lungs.
Never thought Florida would get me to become so very active and live more healthily (even though I can't say the same for the food
