I know that i might be a bit naive, when it comes to this. But when i learned something during my time as a wrestling fan for the past 16 years, it's that you should never say never.

Since Roman Reigns is now getting constantly booed again, after having a small 2 week pop from the fans, the WWE should realize that their golden boy is not really the guy who they should push, since he is another student of the "John Cena Super babyface" academy. I swear, if the main event is Hunter vs. Reigns, the fans will turn on the match from the very beginning.

Ambrose on the other hand, is the actual blue collar hero, that the audience actually wants, because he is the underdog. Think about it. Ever since the Shield split up almost 2 years ago, the Authority always screwed over Dean Ambrose to become THE guy and the best example, was at the Rumble last month, because if it hasn't been for Triple H, Ambrose might have been the WWE Champion.

The whole freaking story writes itself. He is the Mick Foley of this generation. He just won't stay down and the more he gets, the more he wants. And i actually can imagine Hunter pulling off a great match with him, just like he did with Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania 30.

Dean also deserves it for his contribution to the business. I was never the biggest fan of Combat Zone Wrestling, but i saw Jon Moxley (which was Deans indie name) and he was probably one of the most charismatic guys in the american indie scene. He came from nothing, had a shit family and the only thing that kept him alive was the joy that wrestling brought him. Where does Roman come from? He comes from a big wrestling family, came into the WWE because of his name and got pampered by the guys there, because anoi name. YOU CAN'T BUILD HIM AS AN UNDERDOG.

So i hope Ambrose wins at Fastlane. Believe me, the Raw Ratings will go up again, because Ambrose is a believable face that we can all cheer for and somebody that has mic skills. Reigns will just stand in the rings for 20 minutes and mumble into his microphone and will then say "BELIEVE THAT." If that is how you will build up Wrestlemania, don't cry if people will tear the AT&T Stadium down at the end.

I end this Blog with funny Dean Ambrose/Jon Moxley.

Granted, he didn't knew about the rise of the NWO, because that was a year before it. But if we look at it in retrospect, he was kinda right.

The topcard guys (Hogan, Hall, Nash, etc) are all guys, who have huge egos, especially Hogan, who was never willing to put the young guys over at that time. And instead of pulling on a string together, the huge egomaniacs rather wanted to do stuff on their own. And after awhile, it was tiring to watch matches like Hogan vs. Piper (who was way past his prime BTW) for the one millionth time in a row.

Why don't you put somebody like Sting, against a new upcoming star like Chris Jericho? Or why not find out what would happen, if Hogan would Wrestle Rey Mysterio for one Nitro? (granted, he would probably bury him, but you get my point.) Nope, we rather have Hogan vs. Flair again, while the Cruiserweights put on the better matches in the mid and undercard.

It didn't matter to them in how shady of a condition the company was, they only cared about themselves and that their time in the spotlight was guaranteed.

And because of that, so many people turned over to raw, where Stone Cold was having his beer bashes, where The Rock was making his entertainment catchphrases and where Mick Foley puts butts in the seats becoming WWE champion. (Fuck you Schiavone)

Yes, this is another product placement. Go ahead and sue me.

I haven't posted anything this week and i really lack any real originality to write something really great. So i just thought "hey, i had the network for over a month now and i already looked at some really classic PPVs." So yeah, why not talk about some great and awful PPVs i saw on the Network?

The WWE Network has all the PPVs from WWE, WCW and ECW and it really feels like an archive of everything that is good about Wrestling and everything that is bad about Wrestling. Let's celebrate both.

They are not in any particular order and i wouldn't consider them the worst and best. These are simply PPVs i watched since i have the network.

    BEST

    1. WCW Superbrawl III

This is probably, one of the best WCW PPVs i have ever seen and puts everything that the WWF was producing at the time to shame.

The card was almost without any sort of errors. 2 matches that really stick out for me at this PPV, are the match between 2 cold Scorpio and Chris Benoit and the strapmatch between Sting and Big Van Vader. It was also the PPV in which Ric Flair came back to WCW after being in the WWF for almost 18 months and the debut of the British Bulldog, Davey Boy Smith. Only Critique i really have about this PPV, is the US Title match between Maxx Payne and Dustin Rhodes, because Payne is just lacking any skills and putting him in a title match is beyond me.

Still, i can only recommend it.

    2. WWE Backlash 2000

Fun Fact, i watched this PPV with my buddy Dark Horse a few weeks ago. Much probs to you man.

After the not so good Wrestlemania 16, the WWE really needed a PPV of this calibur. The Lightheavyweight title match between Dean Malenko and Scotty 2 Hotty, was probably the best Light heavyweight match at the time. Jericho and Benoit is always great, although there are certainly better matches between them. But the highlight for me, was The Rock vs. Triple H for the WWE Title, where Rock finally got the title, that he should've gotten at Wrestlemania. Again, only negative thing was the Dudley boys match against T&A because nobody gives a damn about T&A.

    3. ECW Heatwave 1998

Hands down, the best ECW PPV of all time.

There is really nothing wrong with this PPV. This PPV had some of the best matches of that year and the rest was also wonderful. One legendary moment happend during the match between Bam Bam Bigelow and Taz, where Taz DDT'd Bam Bam through the entrance Ramp. And i also loved the tag match between Sabu and Rob Van Dam vs. Hayabusa and Shinsei Shinzaki, which is one of my favorite Tag Matches.

Say what you want about ECW being too violent and being just gore and glory. Watch this PPV and maybe your opinion of ECW might be different.

    4. WWE Money in the Bank 2011

We sometimes like to make jokes from time to time about WWEs change to PG in late 2008 and how the WWE has become bad since then. But this PPV will give you a rude awakening.

Both the MITB matches where very excellent, especially the one with Daniel Bryan, because he deserved it. Big Show vs, Mark Henry was a surprisingly decent match, if you consider how old and big both of them where at the time. The world title match between Randy Orton and Christian was good until the end, but i won't tell too much. But the match between CM Punk and John Cena is a modern classic for me and still John Cenas best match to date.

This PPV proves, that if the WWE really tries, they can still do some 5 star PPVs, even today.

    5. WWE Wrestlemania 17

Seriously, who hasn't watched this, missed a piece of wrestling history.

With this PPV, they did everything right with this PPV. All of the matches their are worth watching. Benoit vs. Angle, Triple H vs. Undertaker, Stone Cold vs. The Rock, even the gimmick battle royal was fun to look at, with all the old stars from the 80s. It's kinda hard to write something about it, because every Wrestling fan wrote about this event.

    I can't recommend it enough

    WORST

1.WWE King of the Ring 1995

I think they should've get rid of the King of the Ring PPVs, after this Disaster.

This PPV is first class Junk. They picked the totally wrong tournament winner with Mabel, instead of going with Shawn Michaels, who just came back from his injury, after WM 11. Savio Vega came in place for the hurt Razor Ramon and he went to the final against Mabel and no one in the crowd (including me) gave a damn and they chanted during the final "EC DUB, EC DUB, EC DUB." Also, the kiss my feet match between Bret Hart and Jerry Lawler was just weird. One of the bookers probably had a foot fetish.

Just please, stay away from it.

    2.WCW Halloween Havoc 1995

Looking over to the competition a few months later, WCW wasn't doing that much better.

A PPV not one passable good match. Sabu was having a match against mr.JL (better known as Jerry Lynn) but that was way too short. The rest of the PPV was just nothing, with the highest emotional point being Flairs turn against Sting, which was merely a storyline tool at the end of their tag match. But of course, we had the main event between Hogan and the giant and of course THE YEEEE TAAAAY. I must say, it's so bad that it's good. But the PPV is still bad.

If you need something to laugh, go ahead. But this PPV just shows how bad mainstream wrestling was in 1995.

    3. WWE Royal Rumble 2015

Yes, i need to talk about this again, because it really tore my heart to shreds.

I don't want to talk about the Rumble match again, because i made a very indepth analysis, on how bad this cluster of a match was. But short, if this match fails, you can already forget the whole PPV, considering the Rumble is build on the Rumble match. Besides the very good title match, is the rest just an absolute nothing. The Divas do their same lame shtick like they always do and we get 2 boring tag team matches.

I know that there are probably worse PPVs out there, but this one will always remain in my mind for me.

    4. WCW/NWO Fall Brawl 1998

MVP of the night where the fans that chanted "we want Flair"

I will give the PPV this. The match between Raven and Saturn was nice and i kinda liked the story behind it. The rest of it, was just bad and nothing to talk about. Especially the match between Scott Hall and Konnan was just making me ill. And then, we had the wargames, with new stupid rules. None of the Wrestlers gave a shit. Nash just sat their. Bret Hart obviously had no interest, Stevie Ray has no talent and Luger and Sting also had no interest. All eyes where on Hogan and Warrior, which was also shit.

Worst Wargames ever and a bad PPV all around.

    5. Wrestlemania IX

This is the ultimate show, for Hogans gigantic Ego to shine.

Nothing in this whole PPV was good. Nobody gave a shit about the Main Event between Bret Hart and Yokozuna, which wasn't even good, Undertaker vs Giant Gonzales was...whatever that was supposed to be and then we had 2 Doinks...2 Doinks...But the kicker came, when Hogan came out after the WWE title match and he was immediatly challenged by Yokozuna. You know how it went?

    Hogan Punch

    Hogan Boot

    Hogan Leg

    Hogan Win

    Hogan Pose

    Thank you. No Refunds.

It might seem like Wrestling right now, is having a huge boom with promotions like ROH, TNA, Lucha Underground and NJPW just recently coming down with Wrestle Kingdom X. But i have a feeling, that this seems like to be the calm before the storm, for the WWE to make another big revolutionary change in the Wrestling world.

Triple H and Stephanie Mcmahon will soon be owner of a global entertainment brand with full digital, mobile and terrestrial broadcast, as well as inroads into properties that exist outside of the squared circle too.

There are certain signs for me

    1. promotions like TNA and ROH can't exists if the wrestlers that are working there, are the "Talent that Vince Mcmahon will eventually buy" and that can't be a way to show yourself as a promotion and i can imagine that these promotions will soon get merged into NXT. Guys like Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Austin Aries and soon the Bullet Club are already in the WWE. Who knows, maybe we will see classic TNA and ROH shows on the WWE Network soon.

    2. This is a more obvious one, the money, which the WWE has alot of. We all know that the economy is kind of bad right now, which is something that smaller wrestling organizations don't benefit from. The WWE is planning to host the biggest wrestlemania of all time attendance wise in the AT&T Stadium, planning over 100000 people in it. I think if the WWE would even lose half of their money right now, they would still be the richest Wrestling organization.

    3. Besides having a presence in the wrestling industry, the WWE is now showing more then ever, that they are also showing that they are an entertainment brand. Total Divas for example (i hate the show, but that is not the point) shows the entire womens division on camera, as well as other wwe faces like John Cena and Daniel Bryan. The WWE Films department yearly films movies with guys like Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Kane, etc. and then you have other WWE Network shows like Breaking Ground, Culture Shock, Swerved, etc. other companies don't have the money, or an on staff marketing department for this kind of stuff.

4.NXT right now, is the best wrestling tv show in north america (if i would say world, it would be NJPW.)
That is quite saying something, considering it's the C-Show of the company. NXT has wrestlers that are fan favorite by the underground and internet wrestling fans, like Samoa Joe, Finn Balor (Prince Devitt) and Hideo Itami (KENTA.) If the Wrestling Business goes where it goes and if NXT keeps that momentum, i think that NXT will be the wrestling programm for the underground guys, who can't stand the mainstream of Raw and Smackdown.

    5. The WWE has invested more money then ever, into it's performance center, preparing themselves for the future. It's already showing it's fruition, considering the womens wrestling is getting better then ever, because the WWE is putting alot of money into them, but the males will follow soon. The WWE is already hiring guys who are absolutely green to the wrestling business and who are interested to wrestle in the "big leagues" as soon as possible. Chad Gable, who trained in the performance center and has no indie experience, is one of the most gifted and hottest rookies in wrestling right now and was named rookie of the year by the wrestling observer, the first WWE Wrestler in history who got that award since Bam Bam Bigelow in 86. I promise you, by 2020, the performance center will show it's real fruition and then the WWE might not be interested anymore, in getting other wrestlers from other promotions anymore.

Now do i like these changes? Of course not. I like to watch some alternative programms like Lucha Underground and especially NJPW. But if we look at it from a realistic business standpoint, i really have to wonder how long promotions like ROH, TNA and Lucha Underground will be around? Maybe it will not happen so soon. But one day, i believe the WWE will own everything.

"I would like to kind of just disappear, from wrestling fans and stuff. I don't want to forget the fans and what they've done. They've supported me and stuff, but at the same time, I'd like to just ... I don't want to be hanging on like one of these wrestlers who's sixty years old, saying, 'Hey, I'm a wrestler.' Let it go. Make your money out of it and get on. Going out and performing...it's an art. I'd like fans to remember me as a guy who would go out and entertain them, give them quality matches. Not just the same old garbage every week...”

Owen was somebody who i always admired as a Wrestler and a person in general. I feel like he was one of the most underrated Wrestlers in of all time, getting overshadowed by his brother Bret Hart and he was also the first guy in the locker room who would talk to you, if you felt down, or have any sort of problems.

His Match against his brother Bret Hart at Wrestlemania, is still one of my favorite Wrestlemania matches and just showed what a great wrestler he was.

RIP Owen. You will be missed.

    (inb4 you're a WWE shill)

This is something i wanted to talk about for awhile, ever since it came to Germany, after 2 years of waiting. The WWE Network, that ever since it's release, has gathered some mixed reactions. Is it good? Does it suck? Do i care? Let's look at it.

First of all, the first thing you notice once you get on the first time, is being greeted by a livestream channel, kinda like a WWE channel if you want. They mostly show the newest content on the network, or the newest episodes of Main Event, Superstars and most importantly, NXT. It's a nice little feature to watch things life like NXT, but the real heart and soul of the Network, lies in its video on demand service.

First of all there is the PPV folder, where you got all the WWE PPVs available, from the current Royal Rumble, all the way to the first Wrestlemania. Even very unknown once like This tuesday in Texas or Capital Carnage (which you only get in Europe) and even controversial once like Over the Edge 99.
Not just that, you also get all the old WCW and ECW PPVs. So if you want, you can relive the excitement of WCW Starcade 97 one more time, or the Extreme Awesomeness of ECW Heatwave 98.

If you go to the Shows folder, there is a in ring section. In it you'll find Raw and Smackdown replays. You find all the current shows and even the older shows. You can even watch the first Raw from 1993. So if you want, you can go through the history of Raw and Smackdown, even if it's not complete yet. You also find NXT, Superstars and main event shows there.

Then we got the original folder. It's filled to the brim with original shows, documentaries and other stuff. Some of the content is certainly hit and miss. I for one can't stand Total Divas, because it reminds me too much of one of those Reality TV shows i saw back on MTV. I rather look up the documentaries, like "Breaking the code: Chris Jericho" or "CM Punk: Best in the World" Originals are hit or miss, but there is certainly something in there you enjoy.

Last but not least, there is the Vault Folder. You find various shows, from various promotions in there, especially old shows from the territory era, like WCCW, JCP and Mid-South Wrestling. But you can also find the old WCW Monday Nitro shows on there. 99 and 2000 are still missing, but the best time is already covered there. You can also find the old WWF Saturday nights main event shows (which i watch right now) and even the old WWF MSG and Boston Garden shows from the 70s and 80s. For Wrestling like me, it's a dream come true.

The question is, is it worth 9.99? Well, it depends what kinda guy you are and what you want from the Network. For me, absolutely. For the last 3 weeks, i had a blast watching all the old stuff from my childhood and also watch things i haven't seen yet. But also being to watch them in the best quality is just wonderful. I admit, that the current product has indeed it's problems, but i can't just say no, to this great offer.

What do you think? Did you get the Network? Are you not interested?

2 nights ago marked a historical debut, as "the phenomenal" AJ Styles, a man who was once called "mr.TNA" made his WWE Debut, as the number 3 of the Royal Rumble Match. He came out to one of the biggest wrestling pops in recent memory and he survived the rumble for almost a half hour, until he was eliminated by Kevin Owens.

The IWC is going rampant ever since and make all sort of claims, saying that he should be WWE Champion immediatly and what not. But after i calmed down a bit from all marking, i took a look at AJ's likely future in the WWE and how good it will be.

The first thing that we have to consider, is that AJ Styles is almost 40 Years old and already competed for almost 20 years in leagues like TNA, Ring Of Honor and most recently New Japan Pro Wrestling, so he already paid his dues. He's kinda like Harley Race or Dusty Rhodes, who came to the WWE in their late careers, just so they can make their last big paychecks, before retiring. I can imagine, no matter if he becomes WWE Champion or not, that AJ will surely be a future inductee, into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Another problem is, that although he is a very big star with the IWC for over a decade now, that the mainstream WWE fans have no idea who he is. The people who go into the show are mostly kids with their parents and they like to chant for John Cena, the Usos, etc. It dosen't mean that AJ is already doomed, since he has the chance to go over with the crowd. But it's certainly a factor.

Also, the creative WWE is not really the greatest sometimes. Fans have all those visions on how to put AJ in the best positions. But the WWE creatives barely ever correlate with the visions of the fans. The WWE showed this alot with experienced wrestlers that came in from the indies. Remember Daniel Bryan? He was ridiculed for being a former Ring of Honor Wrestler. Styles has to try, to make the best out of the storylines he is given. Bad creative dosen't need to be a career killer.

So, what do i think? Do i think that AJ Styles will be a future WWE Champion? I will say this. If he is not becoming the champion by the time Wrestlemania 33 is hosted, he will never become WWE Champion. But do i think that his WWE career would be failure then? Not necessarily.

It's already rumored, that he will probably have an angle with Dean Ambrose, Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania, concerning the Intercontinental Title. Styles would be the perfect guy to win the Title and give the IC Title the prestige back that it needs. Not that Ambrose is a great champ, but he sadly isn't a Star like AJ Styles. He will then probably hold the title all throughout Spring and Summer and then maybe drop it at Summerslam or Night of Champions. If he's still over by then, he might have a shot to win the Royal Rumble in 2017.

Eitherway, i wish AJ all the best. He is a great individual, is a very loving father and husband and he was part of the best triple threat match of all time. (TNA Unbreakable 2005: AJ Styles vs. Samoa Joe vs. Christopher Daniels.)

Well, it seems like someone high up in WWE, told the guys from Whatculture Wrestling a few secrets that they probably shouldn't have told. One of them, being the inductees for the WWE Hall of Fame this year.

Why he did this? I have no idea. Maybe the higher up guy did this as symbolic punch to the face against Vince Mcmahon, or Kevin Dunn or whatever.

But nonthenless, let's look at the guys we got.

    Sting

What can i possibly say, that hasn't been already been told about Sting? He was the guy that was always there in WCW, in good times and bad times. He is remembered for some of the greatest and most iconic matches in Wrestling history. His legendary rivalry with Ric Flair is one of the greatest in wrestling, with their match at the first clash of the champions, lasting almost an hour, which is still considered a classic. He was also part of the main event of Starcade 97 between him and Hogan, which is the most bought PPV, in WCW history.

While some people are still mad that he jobbed to Triple H and Seth Rollins last year, there is no denying that it hurt his 3 decades long legacy. He is certainly a man, that belongs in every Wrestlng Hall of Fame.

    JBL

These days, JBL is considered to be the worst Wrestling commentator and although i can't really stand him now, i have to admit that John certainly payed his dues in the last 3 decades.

He used to wrestle in Japan in the early 90s and then came over to Germany for Otto Wanzes CWA, where he had Bullrope Matches. Until he came to the WWE as Blackjack Bradshaw, forming the new Blackjacks with the legendary Barry Windham. His true rise to stardom, came in the attitude Era, when he formed the APA with Ron Simmons and during his height in 2004 and 2005, when he changed to his JBL persona, he became the longest running WWE Champ in Smackdown history, until dropping it to John Cena at Wrestlemania 21, which pretty much elevated Cena then.

You can think of JBLs personality what you want. But as a Wrestler, i have respect for him.

    Jaqueline

I seriously have no idea what she does here, except for the fact that the ceremony is held in Texas and she just seems to be there, because Jaqueline for me, was an average below Female Wrestler during the Attitude era.

I have to admit that i never followed her career in the USWA, because i didn't see much USWA. But besides that, i can't really say anything, other then the fact that she was just was one of those pretty girls.

The Fabulous Freebirds (Michael Hayes, Terry Gordy, Buddy Roberts)

Probably one of the greatest Stables in Wrestling history. The Freebirds where the inventors of the so called "Freebirds rule" which means that the tag champs of a stable can let the titles defend from every member of the stable of their choosing. Something that is used by the current tag champs New Day these days.

The Freebirds made their selfs be known in the mid 80s at Fritz Von Erichs Texas promotion WCCW, where they had a grueling and very bloody rivalry with the Von Erich family, which turned into a war between Texas and Georgia (with the freebirds being from Georgia.) They where also the first wrestlers with an own entrance theme, that got to number one of the billboard charts.

After they split in 1994, Michael Hayes became an active man in the WWE as Doc Hendrix, who was an interviewer till 1999 and Michael Hayes still to this day, is an active member of the writing team of the WWE.

For me, this induction was a long time coming, because the Freebirds are an important part of 80s wrestling.

Charles Wright (AKA The Godfather, AKA Papa Shango)

Another very important part of the Attitude Era, The Godfather was probably one of the most entertaining (and also controversial) wrestlers of that Era. A former Intercontinental champion and former tag team champion, the godfather was always coming to the ring with his "ho-train."

But before he became the godfather, he played a mysterious Voodoo priest, by the name of Papa Shango in 1992. One of the more strange angles of that time, was when he put a voodoo curse on the Ultimate Warrior. Some consider it incredibly cheesy, while i am one of the few guys, who thought that it was absolutely awesome.

Wright is also one of the guys, who also always stayed behind the WWE all those years and i think that's also one of the reasons why he gets into the Hall of Fame, which i have no problems with.

    Regis Philbin

We got another one of those dreaded Celebrity hall of famers. While i was behind the last two celebrities (Mr.T and Arnold Schwarzenegger) i have no idea what Regis Philbin is doing in here.

The only noteworthy thing that he did, was being a guest a Wrestlemania 7. I don't care if he is a fan of the WWE, because by that logic, i could get into the Hall of Fame. I have nothing more to say.

The Hall of Fame seems to be a mixed bag this year.
  9. Mesme Rize
I know what you guys are thinking right now. I am pretty much beating a dead horse at this point and in some cases, you might be right. But this event pretty much marked a real turning point for me as a fan of the WWE and prowrestling in general.

As you might know me, i think that the Royal Rumble is the greatest match idea, in the history of prowrestling and in the past, i was always of the opinion that there was no really bad Royal Rumble Match. There where some mediocre Rumble matches in the past, like 1993, 1997 and 1999. But there was never a time where i really thought "oh my god, did that suck bad." Well, this one pretty much blew everything away that i saw considering the Rumble.

It's not even because Roman Reigns won this, because that's a completly different story for itself. This match, was just badly booked from top to bottom and if you have a bit of time with me, we can look through the errors of this match.

The Rumble started with Miz and R-Truth. Already wrong move. You need to start the rumble off big and strong with 2 big stars, or atleast 2 guys who have some sort of a grudge. But these guys are so random, it's not even funny.

Bubba Ray was the probably only good part of this rumble. It was a nice segment, eventhough vince probably thought that D-Von and R-Truth are not that different, because Bubba obviously just needs a black guy. Bubba made a "get the table" chant, but their where no Tables to be had.

Then we had the spot with the Wyatts (who where split at that time,) as Erick Rowan attacked Curtis Axel from behind and got into the ring, eventhough he wasn't in the match. So, does this make Curtis Axel the actual winner, or what? I am confused. The Wyatt spot could've been great, if they didn't do absolutely nothing the whole time.

The whole thing started to look like the Bookers took their suggestions from a bunch of sea creatures, as the boogeyman came into the ring and made Bray Wyatt look more and more like a Cartoon Villain, as they just made faces to each other, just for the Boogeyman to be eliminated.

Sin Cara came in. Sin Cara came out. Hooray.

Wyatt grabbed the mic to speak out an open challenge to everyone in the back, telling that it was his year. I thought to myself "okay, now somebody big is coming in." The clock was reaching 0 and out came...

"Woo woo woo...you know it." gg bookers.

Daniel Bryan came out next, to the wild pops of the crowd. There is a rumor going around, that Bray missed his spot and that he was supposed to call out Daniel and not Zack. That would have been fantastic, if that had worked.

Bray and Daniel showed a good performance, doing their usual thing, as Tyson Kidd, Fandango and Stardust came out, no one caring for either of those guys.

Then the next surprise was the entrance of DDP, who pulled off a bunch of Diamond Cutters, with him being 58 years old. It was really cool to see him and being in such a good shape.

And then, Daniel Bryan got eliminated...

On paper, it wasn't bad of an idea to put the blame on Wyatt. But if any of these bookers where alive in 2014, they must have known that this would kill the Rumble match instantly and it indeed came like that.

The question i ask myself is, why do you put Daniel Bryan into this match, if you won't let him win in the first place? Why do you hype up Daniel Bryan at all?

They shouldn't have bring him out so early and should've waited till Feburary. If that didn't happen, nobody would've batted an eye on Roman Reigns winning this thing. Instead, he got into a stupid programm with Kane, got the fans hope light up and then it all went away for nothing.

Golddust. Kofi Kingston. Adam Rose. Big E. Jack Swagger. Titus O' Neil. The WWE followed Daniels elimination with a bunch of undercarders, that you usually see on WWE Superstars. Kofis big spot of that year, was being catched and carried by Adam Roses Rosebuds. Wonder what he is doing this sunday.

They tried to do something with Stardust and Golddust. But since they don't did anything with them and that the crowd just didn't care, it was meaningless.

Then, Damien Mizdow came in and he was the first guy since Bryans elimination, that the crowd actually showed signs of life. Miz came out and didn't liked Mizdow stealing his spotlight. Mizdow got in anyway and did some signatures on a few guys...Until he was dumped by Rusev. No more buildup, no screwjob by The Miz, nothing. It could had been such a good buildup for Wrestlemania.

Then, Rusev hid under a ring. Let me get this straight. The biggest Monster Heel at that time, hid under the ring like Jerry Lawler did in 1996. Rusev isn't booked to be a coward, he is a fighter by nature. GG bookers.

Know what, let's just get to the Kane and Big Show part, throwing fan favorites out of the ring, like they where jobbers. It felt so symbolic, like Vince legitemately dosen't care for any of us. I mean, who are Dean Ambrose and Dolph Ziggler anyway? (Sarcasm mode off)

Ryback was a complete waste in the rumble, eventhough he was part of the big angle between Team Cena and Team Authority at Survivor Series. Some things seem to never change.

Also, remember Bray Wyatt? The guy who looked absolutely dominant throughout the entire duration of the match? He was dumped out of the ring by Kane. Let that sink in. Kane, who is also a heel, a mortal enemy of the guy who got eliminated by Bray Wyatt, eliminates Bray Wyatt...no words.

The rest was really the definition of everything that is wrong with the WWE right now. The logic was incredibly simple: All the heat on Kane and Big-Show, so the audience can chant for Roman, the big hero. Maybe the fans have forgotten the Daniel Bryan thing by then, right?

They rather scream bulls**t and cheer for Rusev.

Then, they had the brilliant idea, to bring out The Rock at the end, because everybody likes The Rock and he will make people like roman, right?

They actually did it. The WWE has screwed over the fans so hard, that they actually boo The Rock.

I will be honest guys. This was one of the biggest failure the WWE has ever produced. And for god sake, i pray that they won't screw up this sunday again, even if it looks like it.

Rant over, you can go home.

Ever since i came onto this site, i always got those questions of "Are you a hypnotist? What does it feel like? Will i lose my will? Is it dangerous? etc." After doing this for a whole year now, i thought i made up a general basic guide, about some FAQ's about hypnosis and more.

First of all, no discussion of hypnosis can really take place, sadly, without the debunking of a number of myths about it. Many of these myths lead people to the erroneous conclusion that hypnosis is restricted to the realm of fantasy, and not something that can really happen to anyone. While I'm not the first, by any means, I'd like to do my part to set the record straight, as someone who's been both a hypnotist and a subject before.

When most people think of hypnosis, they think of the blank-eyed zombie who sleepily mutters 'yes Master, I am in your power'. It's as cheesy and stupid as it is hot for people who are into that sort of thing, but let's break this down. The first misconception that many people have about hypnosis and trance is that it's like sleeping. This would only make sense; people in trance are breathing regularly, typically with their eyes closed, and for all intents and purposes they look like they're sleeping. A simple enough conclusion to make, but also quite wrong. Which brings me into the definition of what trance actually is. Trance, in its simplest form, is your brain going on auto-pilot, where it's not really focusing the conscious mind on whatever it is you're doing.

Some of you may be thinking: "Wait...that happens to me all the time! Is that really trance?" The short answer is 'yes'. If you've ever gone on a pleasant drive and arrived at your destination, only to realize that you have absolutely no memory whatsoever of what you did on the way there, that is in fact trance; your conscious mind isn't really focused on what you're doing, because it's so routine you do it all the time, and therefore so long as nothing noteworthy happens (like someone suddenly slamming their brakes in front of you) you don't even notice it. The same thing happens when you're so absorbed in a task, like reading, that you suddenly realized you failed to note the three to five hours that have passed without a single movement in your body.

You may be thinking that all of this sounds incredibly boring and mundane. It is. It's still trance, however; that's literally all trance is. Hypnosis, on the other hand, is when someone induces that mental state within a subject, along with a third element, which I'll get to shortly. Basically, the clichés of the hypnotist, such as the pocket watch or their induction spiel, are all rooted in this basic principle. For example, if you've ever wondered why hypnotists would dangle a shiny object in front of a subject's face, or told them to stare into the hypnotist's eyes, or any of that...you might be thinking that it's nothing more than a prop, and in a way, it is...it could literally be anything. It's not important that it be any particular item (though I'd recommend a light one, as holding it for several minutes without moving can strain you if it's heavy); what is important is that the subject focus on it, intently, putting all of their conscious mind into studying every aspect of it.

The reasoning behind this, of course, is that it gives the conscious mind a target to focus on. Most of the time, our conscious minds are busy processing all kinds of information at any given moment. Any one of them can be incredibly distracting from the hypnotist's goal; to put the subject into a trance. When driving for example, you tend to be doing a very small number of related tasks, most of which you handle subconsciously; you adjust pressure on the pedals to check or increase your speed, you nudge the wheel to go around curves, etc. Well, if a subject is just sitting there with a hypnotist, their minds are probably all over the place. That object, the focus, is what trains the subject's mind on one thing and one alone, and dropping everything else. There's more to it than that, but I'll get to it later.

So far I've mentioned two of the three elements to hypnosis. The first being the trance state, the state where the subject's conscious mind goes on auto-pilot, leaving only the sub-conscious. The second, the hypnotist who places the subject into this state, which is obviously needed for suggestions and whatnot. The third is the reason behind the slightly misleading phrase that is common among hypno-fans: "All hypnosis is self-hypnosis." The meaning most people have behind that phrase is two-fold: One, that you cannot be made to do anything you wouldn't want to do (for example, something harmful to yourself), and two, that no matter what the hypnotist might suggest, it's up to you to actually obey or disobey; everything, from the choice to listen to the hypnotist's induction and fall into trance, to actually following whatever suggestion he has for you, is your choice, ultimately. These things are somewhat true, but not absolute, as I'll get into right now as I discuss the third element of hypnosis: The surrender of the subject's will.

You read that correctly. The third key element of a successful hypnotic session is the surrender of the subject's will to the hypnotist. When a subject is hypnotized, their conscious mind isn't 'home', and the sub-conscious is more vulnerable to suggestion than you might think (that is, after all, the entire point of hypnosis). Essentially, in a lot of ways, your willpower is significantly reduced when hypnotized, and a key portion of hypnosis is that the hypnotist's will temporarily 'replaces' yours. This is also where some of the... I don't want to say 'danger', but definitely something to be aware of, comes to play. Remember that bit where I said you can't be made to do something you don't want to do? That's true, but the lines aren't completely solid. With carefully worded language, a smooth transition and a suggestible subject, it is possible to bypass some of one's usual restrictions, simply because the subject's will has been subjugated during the trance by the hypnotist. This is the third key element of hypnosis. To sum up:

    * Trance (the distraction of the conscious mind)
    * Hypnotist (to guide a subject into trance and plant suggestions)
    * The Surrender of Will (to permit the hypnotist to take control and guide the subject through the trance)

These are all the key elements.

Now, reading my above paragraph, you might be thinking that hypnosis is an incredibly dangerous thing, as a less than scrupulous hypnotist might take advantage of a subject and plant evil suggestions that brainwash the subject in various ways. However, let me put your mind at ease and basically refute my own point above. While you can be persuaded to do or say some things that you wouldn't normally, there are a number of limits. In fact, too many to list. For example, not everyone is suggestible to the same degree or in the same fashion. I've seen subjects who go completely zonked while under, for example, and can be made to experience certain feelings while under trance, but the moment they awaken, it's over, and trying to get them to *do* something in trance snaps them out. Others have even the slightest suggestion last long after trance, whether the hypnotist attempted a post-hypnotic suggestion or not. Everyone is different.

Similarly, not everyone feels the same way in trance. Some people feel exactly the same in trance as out, and that has nothing to do with how easy or well a hypnotic suggestion works. Others, as I've said, completely zonk out. Also, some types of suggestions work better than others. Suggestions that say 'you will do this and this later' are the least likely to 'stick'; emotional suggestions and trigger phrases (if well implemented) are the better ones, typically.

So, the next question: "Can I be hypnotized?" The short answer is yes. The longer answer is "Yes, but only if you trust the hypnotist enough to surrender your will to him, and depending on how your mind works, you may or may not feel like you are in trance, and even then, the ability of suggestions to work may vary." I will say, if you try being hypnotized and you feel it didn't work, consider that it may either be the result of your mind just not feeling totally zonked, or it could be the result of an unskilled hypnotist with sloppy hypnotic technique. Trust me, there's a lot of crappy hypnotic stuff on the internet. The entire reason I learned my own techniques is because I was unsatisfied with the content I could find myself.

So yeah, these are the basic things you need to know about Hypnosis. If you have more things to ask, you can message me, or leave a message in the comments. Either way is fine.

That's right guys, i am back.

I know that i said i would be off for a month, but it happend earlier for 2 reasons.

    1. I finished my private business a bit earlier then expected.

    2. I just missed you guys too much.

I am now totally back and ready to go again.

(Also, look out for another blog, that i will release in an hour. )
  13. Mesme Rize
Holy crap guys. It's now been almost a year, since i stepped a foot on this site. In that time, alot of stuff has happend. Back then, i was still known as Hypnosparkle and i didn't know if i would even stay here for a week and Jeric was still just a mod on here. But i made alot of friends here during that time. I barely had problems with anybody on here and i am glad to spend the last year with you.

But now, i think it's time for me to leave for awhile. Don't be afraid though. I might leave for 1 or 2 months, since nothing happens right now, since we are in the hiatus and doing speculations are not something i really like to do much. I also need to do some stuff in real life, which need to have my priority now and which are in need to be done.

The only thing that i will keep coming back for, are for the friday movie nights, because i still want to get after my duties as an EQTV admin and because i enjoy these nights still.

If you feel the need to contact me though, you can call me through skype or steam, which i always have on in the background, whenever i am on my Laptop.

Also, i will give a shoutout to some people here, that i grew fond off here and that i am thankful for. (if i forgot someone, it dosen't mean that i don't like you.

The whole Equestria TV crew: You guys are awesome and make my fridays wonderful. I especially thank Yozer247 for giving me the staff spot back in September, which just shows how much you guys trust me.

Dark Qiviut: A guy who i grew more fond of as the months have gone by and someone i found out to be incredibly cool. He might not always have the most liked opinions about MLP, but then again, same could be said about my controversial opinions on WWE.

Jeric: One of the nicest mods/admins i have ever come across. He never ignores anything that i ask him and is always helpful. Can't think of a better Captain for this ship.

Simon: He is the worst person on here. He allows no fun and is totally emotionless and shows no compassion. I love you Simon.

LZRD WZRD: A guy i really had a rough year with and someone i might not have the same emotions for as i had a year ago. But someone i admire that he goes out and does his own thing, with his review series, even if i don't always agree with him. One day, the Lamia will eat the Lizard.

Dark Horse: Someone i might not know long now, but he really grew very close to me in this short time. He is incredibly funny and is very patient and can be compassionate. As dark and edgy as he might claim to be, he really dosen't seem that way.

Lightwing: The ultimate Shipping Queen of the Poniverse. She is so funny and incredibly random, it's not even funny. But her very positive mood lights up my day. Many Lamiahugs from me Lighty.

Ward Jenkins: It was incredible for me, that i would consider a Storyboard artist my friend. Such an incredibly peaceful and patient guy, who i might went on his nerves a bit too much sometimes. Incredibly cool and can't wait for his work to show up in Season 6.

Also, a big thank you to all the other guys that i didn't had the time to mention. *Lamiahugs to everybody*

    See you around.

Do you know that feeling? It's that very quiet and boring time between christmas and the new years eve and you have absolutely no idea, what you want to do with that time and there seems no hope for something cool to come.

Fear not my dear friends. Because i am gonna change that.

I really wonder why i haven't thought of this in the first place. If i love singing so much, why shouldn't i find a platform where i can share it with everybody?

Anyway, i am now on Soundcloud. I will post more masterpieces there in the future, with me and my beautiful voice.

I am writing this Blog under the influence of my stomach flu, but this needs to be said. (Yes, i am hero. )

Since the Survivors Series, i haven't watched one Raw show completly through. Infact, i haven't watched the last 2 Raw shows at all and quite frankly, i don't think i miss anything, with Sheamus feuding with Roman Reigns for the title.

But not looking at Raw got me thinking. Is it just that, or is there even more to that? And yes, there are even bigger problems.

It's that the WWE has no Identity whatsoever and it shows it's ugly face more then ever.

The WWE wants to be a PG product, to capitalize on the sponsers that they get, be it through the susan g. komen foundation (which are scammers. Don't donate your money to them) Mattel and many Fast Food chains. But at the same time, the time schedule that they show their stuff (i mostly speak about their headshow Raw) speaks against this.

If we look at their wrestlingshows in the 80s and 90s, at a time when Wrestling was also PG, they showed their flagship shows on a saturday morning. Raw is being shown on Monday, between 8 PM and 11 PM. This is not a time slot for a PG show, since most kids have school to attend the next day. And if we are honest, the USA network shows (atleast i heard off) are very cutting-edge, so i don't think alot of kids are allowed to watch the USA Network.

The WWE also mainly gets their money from the WWE Network these days, a service that is mostly used by Teenagers all the way up to people in their 30s, not children.

It's clear that the WWE dosen't know, who they want to sell their product to, or what they want to be.

To put the icing on the cake of this rant, have a picture of Vince Russo.

Every year, the wrestling observer magazine, founded by Dave Meltzer, honor and dishonor the wrestling business and the promotions around the world, by awarding them yearly awards. The award started very small in 1980, with Harley Race being the first to be called "Wrestler of the year" by the wrestling observer.

I will now go and predict almost all the awards of this years lineup. This year was another one with alot of ups and downs.

How can they do this, without feeling a bit bad for this? This could've been one of the best PPVs of the company this year and they throw it all away, by making the most half assed and predictable thing they do.

The WWE knows that the fans will never accept Roman Reigns as a top babyface and i thought that this would be a good opportunity to turn him heel during the final match. Giving him the Title while screwing Dean Ambrose over and him joining the authority. Instead, they go the most safest route possible. He beats Ambrose clean, with no heel turn and a half assed main event match, that was under 10 minutes and was average quality that you could see every week on Raw.

But that's not enough. To safe themselves from being impaled by the fans, here comes our savior, SHEAMUS. The Fellanator.

He cashes in his Money in the Bank and give Reigns 2 Broque Kicks and becomes new WWE champ and is all of a sudden part of the Authority, EVENTHOUGH HE WAS LOOKING STUPID IN A MIDCARD MATCH EARLIER THAT EVENING.

Sheamus is not a believable WWE champ and he is an even worse choice as man of the company then Reigns ever could be.

Just 2 months ago, Vince said that the WWE should become more unpredictable. I think he already forgot that he ever said that. It's really time that they overthink their product. I hope they don't think about putting Sheamus in the main event of Wrestlemania, because that's not what 100000 people in Dallas want to see.

I could go on, how much the rest of the show sucked, but the Main Event pretty much buries everything.

    SCREW YOU WWE

(tfw Cesaro is out for over 6 months. Being a WWE fan is suffering.)
