Starlight Glimmer’s existance does not negate Sunset Shimmers success or popularity and the same goes the other way. Sunset is not going anywhere and glimmers good fortune is not sunsets misfortune. Constantly pitting the two against each other is getting tiresome and they both have their own speciel place in the franchise.

I am a fan of Starlight and i am okay if other people are against her. But don't criticize her, just because your favorite character isn't in the show, because that is just a baseless argument.

While i certainly don't think, that how the current season has played out now is bad, i would say it's all around fine, i certainly feel that, after 6 episodes a certain something is missing and with every Episode that i am watching, i feel like i am getting more and more dry.

Don't get me wrong. I am not here now to quit anything and say "screw everybody and screw the show" because that was never my style and i don't intend to start that and if i quit, i will do it in a more polite manner.

But i will say, that i am feeling a bit out of it with this season. Maybe it's because the season started too early, because i was used to 8-12 month breaks. I don't know.

What do you guys think? Is this just a phase, or am i really starting to grow tired, after almost 5 years?

Many things have happend in the last few days in the world of wrestling, so i am going briefly through all of them.

Apparently, the owner of Ring of Honor and their parent company Sinclair Broadcast company, are interested in buying out the TNA name, who have been quite in a financial struggle for awhile now. What they will do with the name is not really clear, but it might look like it, that TNA gets merged into Ring Of Honor, with their whole video library and some of their talent wrestling at Ring of Honor in the future.

ROH COO Joe Koff, has shown interest in doing a relationship with WWE, in showing their shows and some of their old shows on the WWE Network. During an interview on the Jim Ross Podcast, Koff said: "
Look—I have always been very open to any conversation with any kind of promoter or any kind of idea. Would I like to have a relationship with WWE? Who wouldn’t? I mean, really? If they think that we’re strong enough to be considered to be part of their plan, I would certainly be open to it. I’m not sure how that would work and I’m not sure that that’s something they’re open to."
It's not that unlikely in my opinion, considering WWE seems to be close with ROH, since they shown footage in the past.

Yesterday, Eric Young debuted on WWEs developmental league NXT, during one of their tapings. It was long speculated where Young would go leaving TNA after a partnership that was for over a decade long. On his debut, he immediatly challenged the new NXT Champion Samoa Joe. So it looks like we get a match of 2 former TNA Veterans at some point.

    Have a nice day.

It is true ladies and gentleman. Samoa Joe defeated Finn Balor, for the NXT Title...at a house Show in Mass. A World title, didn't changed hands at a house show, since Diesel won it against Bob Backlund in 1994 and that was in Madison Square Garden.

But Apparently, Balor suffered a knee injury and the ref made a cross sign during the match, saying that Balor has injured himself, so Joe had to end the match and take the belt from Balor.

As tragic as this is for Balor and as mad as i am, that this wasn't showed on the Network, i am still glad for Joe, that he won a big title one more time. We don't know, what will happen at the next NXT show, but for now, cherish this moment, for Joe is the man at NXT now.

After having alot of fun with our last Marathon, i thought one month later, we continue to do this again with season 2, of the cult show about paranormal stories. At this point, the show has been taking over, by Star Trek Star Jonathan Frakes.

Also, there will be no pony this saturday, so there is nothing that is holding you back.

Marathon starts this time at 4 PM CET and 9 AM EST in the Lamia Pit: http://equestria.tv/r/The_Hypno_Channel

Come in and watch stories that are just...beyond belief.

I can already see people reading this saying "oh god, this is the most obvious movie that this guy reviews." I just can't help myself. I am in love with the original book, the 1967 animated classic and the not so well known 1989 anime. With that out of the way, let's get this started.

The Jungle Book was billed as a remake, to the 1967 animated classic from Disney itself. I heard alot of people groaning when Jon Favreau (director of the Iron Man movies) announced this, saying "this will just be another cashgrab." And i admit that i was skeptical as well. But i saw the Super Bowl Trailer during the game and i thought to myself 'meh, might be worth a look, just for curiosity.' That's what i pretty much did then.

The Jungle Book tells, like every other version, the story of the mancub Mowgli, who was raised by the Wolves since he was a baby and departed from his real parents. He pretty much spends time playing with his wolf friends, while being teached the laws of the Jungle, mostly from his Lifelong Panther friend and teacher Bagheera. Mowgli was always a bit different though, since he was a human and uses his hands to create human objects to help himself, which the pac leader Akeela really didn't liked. One day during a great dryness, where the Jungle was not allowed to kill, Shere Khan the great Tiger told everybody in the Pac "once the rain comes, this Mancub is dead." So the Pac decided that the Mancub must go back to his own kind and Bagheera helps him. On his way, he meets friends and foes.

While the movie is buildup as a remake of the 1967 classic, they are also elements of the original book in this movie and it really shows. The movie has his disney lighthearted side, but it has points where it's as dark as the book and the movie balances it out brilliantly, making it alot of fun, while not too silly, while also being dark enough, but not too scary for the children. It's really a great adventure, while also having this nostalgia feel for the guys, that are familiar with the 1967 animated movie.

It's also no musical, besides 3 songs making a return from the animated movie being sung in the movie (2 in the movie and 1 in the credits as extra.) People who where never fans of the animated movie, probably won't like it and say it's forced. People like me on the other hand, think it's great fanservice. This Movie also looks gorgeous, infact this is the most gorgeous looking movie i have seen since Avatar. The whole Jungle is colorful and alive and vibrant and just makes you feel like you really want to be in this place. I watched this movie in 3D BTW and it's phenomenal.

The cast of characters are wonderful.
Mowgli (played by Neel Sethi) is a lovable character, who has a childlike nature, but not in a way that it's annoying, like you have with most children actors in movies. He is brave, but also intelligent and knows when it's dangerous. Also, serious credit to the kid. Considering he is the only thing that is real in this movie, he did his job great. He pretty much acts with invisible characters and to do that with 10 years old, much props to him.
Bagheera (played by the great Ben Kingsley) Is wise and is actually a great asskicker (seriously, he kicks Shere Khans ass bad in one scene) He is sort of like the motherly voice of Mowgli, to the point where he figuratively holds a shield up that says "no fun allowed."
Baloo (played by Bill Murray) is the fun and careless friend of Mowgli, who likes to eat honey and just hangsout and sleeps all day. Bill does a phenomenal Job and this is probably his best role in years.
Shere Khan (played by Idris Elba) is THE BIG top heel in this movie. He says it like it is and says that he wants the mancub. He even Kills Akeela just like that, once he hears that Mowgli was gone. This guy is coldhearted. Also, it's Idris Elba. How can you go wrong?
Kaa (voiced by Scarlett Johansson) is a very mysterious character. She is over 100 feet long (from i have seen) seems to know alot and has an extremly seductive and hypnotic voice. And yes, she is doing the color eyes to hypnotize Mowgli, so you can be quiet about that.
King Louie (voiced by the always entertaining Christopher Walken) Is the selfproclaimed King of the Jungle and lives in his big ruin. He lives lavish, has all the fruits, all the treasures and all the servants, he is a real jungle VIP (nyeh nyeh .) Some might find Walkens voice strange, but i think that's what makes him entertaining.

Disney could have done a really sloppy job here, by just releasing a very sloppy movie like Tim Burton did 6 years ago, with his live action adaptation of Alice in Wonderland. What we have here though, is a well thought out and clever take on the tale of Rudyard Kipling. It has alot of heart, great character interactions and just an overall satisfactionary feel, that when you go out, you feel incredibly satisfied. This is probably one of the best family movies (not animated) that i have seen in the past 4 or 5 years.

If you have some money to spend, watch this movie. Jon Favreau really deserves the praise that he gets from reviewers like me. You can trusssssssssssst in me.

At this point, TNA pretty much reached the point of no return. Dixie Carter has to sell the company to someone, or this will be the end. Though, i already heard that in her usual stubborn way, she already blocks people from her Twitter, who suggest that she should sell.

I guess we all know what will happen. But to be honest, i am surprised it's happening that early.

It's pretty much a comin these days in the EWF (Equestrian Wrestling Federation,) you have alot of underrated talents in the roster that alot of people would like to see succeed, but they are constantly shunned away into the midcard and ponies like Twilight Sparkle, Sunset Shimmer, Trixie, etc. pretty much decide the world title for themselves every PPV.

But it seems like a Southern Pony by the name of Applejack, who has been constantly kept down in the midcard now gets her chance this sunday, at the biggest show, Equestriamania. Applejack is somebody who everybody can relate to. She comes from a family of farmers, never got anything handed to her and had to work hard everyday. While the opponents in the Main Events, the champion Twilight Sparkle and this years winner of the Canterlot Rumble, Rainbow Dash, are already big stars.

It was originally planned to do a match between Twilight and Rainbow, which many people just saw as a tool, for Rainbow to promote her Wonderbolts career, since she is just a part timer these days. The crowd pretty much shat all over the current Main Event plans and wanted to see Applejack. But now it seems like, that they actually get what they want.

But to get into the Main Event, she has to fight Celestia in the opening bout of Equestriamania. If she wins, she gets in the Main Event. If she dosen't, Celestia buried another Talent.

I can tell you already, this will be one hell of a show.

We're just one day away, from NXT Takeover: Dallas and for some of us, this event might be even more hype then Wrestlemania, with a supercard of awesome matches, that makes the old vin mans main roster look like a joke.

I thought i take the time to predict the matches of the show.

    Austin Aries vs. Baron Corbin

    Winner: Austin Aries

Aries is being booked as a huge signee, like Samoa Joe, rather than a glorified veteran enhancement talent, like Rhyno. Whether he has a shot at the main roster or not, Aries will definitely be a big name in NXT’s title picture and also be used to put over rising talent.
But he’ll have to establish himself to the NXT audience — even though many are smark fans — before losing to Corbin, although there is a very good chance the Lone Wolf pulls off a win and becomes the top heel challenger for the NXT Championship.

    NXT Tag Team Championship

The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder) © vs. American Alpha (Jason Jordan and Chad Gable)

    Winner: American Alpha

American Alpha is at its peak popularity yet doesn’t show signs of slowing down. The Revival has had a lengthy title reign and has already established itself as one of the division’s top tag teams. NXT needs to strike while the iron is hot with A.A. and give Jordan and Gable their first championship victory in their biggest match to date.

    Apollo Crews vs. Elias Samson

    Winner: Apollo Crews

Crews needs a win to re-establish himself as one of the brand’s top babyfaces. Samson has been dominant since becoming a regular on NXT television — aside from his upset by Gargano last week — but is unlikely to capture a victory in Dallas.

    Sami Zayn vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

    Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura

Zayn is already a full-time member of the main roster and a favorite to win the Intercontinental Championship. He has nothing left to prove in NXT as a former champion who provided several stellar matches throughout his tenure. Nakamura is — along with A.J. Styles — the biggest acquisition in WWE history based on his past success at New Japan Pro Wrestling. The King of Strong Style has already been hyped as a breakout star in what is expected to be a short run in NXT and needs to capture a win in his first match.

    NXT Women’s Championship

    Bayley © vs. Asuka

    Winner: Asuka

Asuka is the most believable challenger to end Bayley’s title reign, which will reach 222 days on Friday. Bayley, like Zayn, has nothing left to prove and should make her debut on the main roster competing against the other Horsewomen. TakeOver: Dallas is the perfect event to solidify Asuka as the new face of the division and end Bayley’s NXT career with another stellar performance.

    NXT Championship

Finn Balor © vs. Samoa Joe

    Winner: Finn Balor

Balor showed signs of a heel edge in his match against indie favorite Rich Swann last week. Many have speculated that there could be a double-turn to end the NXT Championship match. The most likely scenario would involve former Bullet Club members “Machine Gun” Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows — expected to make their debuts soon — helping their former leader pick up the victory or attack Joe after a hard-fought match. Either way, Balor will likely continue to be NXT’s top star while Joe, 37, will make the jump to the main roster while he’s still in his prime.

However this will turnout, it will be one hell of a show.

Who remember this series? It was an absolute favorite of mine, during elementary school years and later, which also made me interested in paranormal things. The episodes always featured short 5 stories, which most have paranormal themes to them and at the end of the episode, you have to guess if these are true or false.

This is probably the biggest surprise for me in this years hall of fame, but one that i am very happy with. Stan Hansen is probably one of the most underrated legends in the history of this sport.

He made up the legend, that his Lariat broke the neck of Bruno Sammartino, eventhough it was a botched body slam, that suspended him from the WWWF for 5 years.

He then went on to the AWA to become AWA champion and then got to Japan, where he probably became the most over Gaijin in Poruresu, even more then AJ Styles could imagine.

He defeated guys like Giant Baba and Antonio Inoki, which was a big deal, because both of them barely put anybody over and he even almost punched Vaders eye out, which is one of the most infamous accidents i have ever seen.

He also had an appearance in the Hulk Hogan movie "No holds barred" which is one of those movies that are so bad, that they are good *blushes as he looked at the blu-ray in his shelf*

I really have to say. This years Hall of Famers are pretty decent.

    READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST

This is my very first hypnosis audiofile and i thought i start with something that most people are familiar with, which is integrating the personality of my OC.

It's really of the upmost importance, that you go into it without any sort of doubt. If you do, this thing won't work in the first place. But i assure you, that nothing bad will happen when you listen to it.

Lay yourself down and relax. Try to make your room as dark as possible. Use headphones for the recordings, to achieve the best effect. Let yourself fall and don't think and trussssst in me.

    Feedback would be appreciated.

I am so sick and tired, of the bullshit things that this company is putting out and calls it the best thing they ever did and i am so sick of hoping that they get better, because quite frankly, these guys won't get better and sooner or later, this promotion will be flushed down the toilet where it belongs.

Here are a few things that piss me off:

-Eric Young is in the midcard with a totally worthless title
-There is no blood, eventhough the storylines are mature
-Matt Hardy brings his infant to the ring and binds him into a Storyline
-EC3 is face (eventhough i like him personally)
    -Spud is Heel
    -Davey Richards is out injured
-Beer Money gets reunited and get the tag titles immediatly
-Abyss is getting worse and worse with his gimmick
-The X-Division, which once was the bread and butter of TNA, is totally garbage and Botchamania material
    -Kurt Angle is retired
-Dixie Carter gets TV Time every week
    -Grado imitades the Mr.America Gimmick
-Drew Galloway as a champ dosen't draw
-Mathews and Dinero just go on my nerves on commentary

And it goes on and on and on. No thanks Dixie. It's no wonder why guys like Samoa Joe and Austin Aries left this sinking ship. I hope that the few remaining good guys think for one second and go somewhere where they really can make a name for themselves. Mainly at places like New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Seriously, i have enough alternatives to watch. I don't need any of Dixie Carters attention. She can tell 100 times, that these are exciting times for TNA and i just sit here, be amazed at Penthagon Jr, Prince Puma and Mil Muertes tearing the house down at Lucha Underground, or watching Tetsuya Naito being one of the greatest heels in NJPW.

With that said. Goodbye TNA. I won't miss you in anyway and i will be in the first row, when you finally close your doors.

I kinda knew it before it happend, but i marked out eitherway. They now aquired Shinsuke Nakamura, a 14 year veteran of New Japan Pro Wrestlng and a 3 time IWGP Heavyweight Champion. He is without a doubt, the hottest and best thing, that walks around in prowrestling right now.

I know, there are some doubters out there, that he probably won't be allowed to use his strong style in the US. But right now, i don't care. I think with Sami Zayn, Shinsuke has an opponent which can become match of the year.

    I am very excited.

P.S Nice one from Generico for totally burying Wrestlemania.

I know that i will probably open a big can of worms here, because i know for a fact that Goldberg was a childhood hero for alot of people. But for what is worth, i will say this. I have no problem with people liking this guy. This is just simply my opinion. And i also say that Bill is a very nice guy personally and is incredibly smart.

Goldberg will always be remembered for being the guy, who had a over 170 winning long streak in WCW, until he got beat in a very anticlimactic way on Starcade 98 to Kevin Nash. He was the posterboy for WCW for most of 98 and he filled 40000 people in the georgia dome, the biggest Nitro ever, where he won the World title from Hulk Hogan. But if we put away the hype and the publicity and the character of him, i always thought that the guys abilities, where incredibly limited.

Goldberg had the body of a wrestler, but he never got the abilities of a wrestler. And i will say the same thing that Kevin Sullivan said, when Goldberg arrived the first time in 97. If he is out there longer then 5 or 10 minutes, he will be exposed for what he dosen't know. He showed the spear, the Jackhammer and nobody thought about him till next week, until he came again and did the same thing.

It probably worked for 30 or 40 matches in the streak, but once it came to that point, the people will speak up and say "you know, even superman has somekind of kryptonite, because if he dosen't, some day the people won't be behind him any longer, because they know what will happen." The problem with Goldberg in that regard was, that his gimmick was the streak and if he lost that streak, where do you take him from there? Look at his run in 99 and 2000. They absolutely had no idea. Goldberg was always 1 dimensional as a Wrestler and as a character. He is not better then Roman Reigns is today, because Roman is just as one dimensional as Goldberg.

I know that people probably won't agree with me, but that's just my opinion.

Well, we're totally in the Wrestlemania season everybody and it's this time again, just like the last Wrestlemania since 2013, that i really worry about the show as a whole. My worries for Wrestlemania 29 where pretty much confirmed, since most of the matches weren't good and the main event between John Cena and an out of shape Rock was just business as usual for the WWE.

Now i fear that my worries for Wrestlemania 32 are being again confirmed, as not only do we have a lackluster card, with Roman Reigns, who is sitting at home and hasn't been to the last 2 raw shows and Triple H, in the main event. We also have Shane Mcmahon, who i love, but is not a Wrestler and the Undertaker, who i also love, but has a non believable heel role. Lesnar and Ambrose sounds nice, but that's pretty much it, for your main event type matches.

When we look at WWE Roadblock, we got Dean Ambrose facing Hunter for the title, which is a feud which was very well executed and which got the crowd excited. You get Brock Lesnar vs. Bray Wyatt, which should've been at Wrestlemania and we got an NXT Tag Title match, between the Revival vs. Colin Cassady and Enzo Amore.

Don't get me started on NXT Takeover: Dallas, which will be shown on Friday, 2 days before Wrestlemania. The freaking card is packed with wonderful matches. Austin Aries has his debut against Baron Corbin, Apollo Crews faces Elion Samson, the best wrestler in the world right now, Shinsuke Nakamura has his debut against Sami Zayn (El Generico) and Samoa Joe, has the chance to one more time win the big gold, against the NXT Champ Finn Balor (Prince Devitt)

I haven't been this worried about the last 3 Wrestlemanias and with 100000 people trying to make a WWE record, making it the biggest Wrestlemania of all time, it makes me cry to think, that this Wrestlemania will go down in history.

It's a sad state of affairs right now.

Over 10 years ago, TNA held the unbreakable PPV in 2005. The main event was a triple threat match between Samoa Joe, a former ROH champion and a current NXT star; Christopher Daniels, a multi-time tag team champion and one of the most entertaining wrestlers ever; and AJ Styles, the longtime TNA loyalist who has absolutely exploded in New Japan Pro Wrestling over the last few years, winning the IWGP Championship (the New Japan version of the World title) two times, a rare feat for a non-Japanese wrestler and has now made his debut in the WWE Roster, a month ago. The match was a bonafide classic and is still my favorite 3 way ever, garnering Match of the Year nods from almost everybody, including Dave Meltzer who gave it his coveted five-star rating.

Now, a decade later, all three men are gone from the company, along with names like Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, The Dudley Boyz, Austin Aries, Booker T, Sting and well, you get the point. Thanks to a combination of poor booking, Spike TV cancelling the main Impact Wrestling program and a seemingly never-ending series of boneheaded financial decisions, the whole thing came to a crux when Impact was left without a television partner after the end of the year and the programm is now on the even less known POP TV channel. For many, the move seemed inevitable. The company has been putting out uninspired programming for most of the year 2015, even though big names like The Hardys and Kurt Angle were still appearing regulary.

I watched TNA off and on over the last 14 years. It was always one of those things I wanted to like more, since it was fun to see something a bit different from WWE, especially right after all of WWE’s major competition (WCW and ECW) had gone under. I liked that they used a six-sided ring and kept the arenas dark. And there have been some really good moments over the years. I really liked how they brought in Kurt Angle by having him feud with Samoa Joe. Austin Aries winning the world title was a cool story. The set of shows that they taped in New York last year were a lot of fun. The recent rise of Ethan Carter III, a truly gifted performer who never got anything to do in WWE, has been a blast to watch.

But there have been made so many bad choices over bad choices over the years, with all these listless former WWE guys coming in and having nonsensical storylines that often actively insulted the viewers’ intelligence. At one point, this company had Samoa Joe and current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada, and the only thing it could think to do with them was to create a deeply halfassed Green Hornet/Kato tag team. The company’s entire history has been a series of missed opportunities, like the moment when they reportedly almost gave creative control to Paul Heyman, who wanted to build the company around a young Bryan Danielson.

I will not say that TNA is out just yet. They have been around for so long and should've been out years ago in situation, where every other company of their size should've gone down. But sooner or later, it will happen and the only guys who are to blame, are Dixie Carter and her booking team and it's really sad, because eventhough they seem themselves as WWE's competition, which they could've pulled off, if they had got their shit together, they where never even close.

Eversince i was a kid, i always kinda liked to pretend that i was somebody else because i had (and still kinda have) a very vivid imagination. I wasn't somebody who had many friends during my childhood and i mostly spend my freetime of school, to play video games and watching movies. I love to get into my thoughts then and pretend i was one of those characters, or sometimes just be myself and interacting with the world.

These days, i use my imagination to create my own character, that i can relate to, which as you know is Mesme Rize. I wouldn't just Mesme Rize my OC. I would even go so far as to say that he is my Ponysona, because he has some of the personality traits that i have, with some extras of course. I always loved to imagine myself as a larger then life creature. In this case, a 30 feet big ponylamia that loves hugs and hypnotizes ponies.

There are some people that probably would criticize me, saying that i should remain with my head in the real world, or that i should grow up. I think it's okay to let your imagination go from time to time, because it's a nice way to relax yourself and let your problems step aside. I think my imagination helped me make more friends then ever, be it through doing Fanfics, Roleplays or whatever.

Do you guys think so as well? Do you also have a vivid imagination?

I know, for some it's probably old news. But i love this little blog so much, because it just reflects my personal distane for Kevin Dunn as a producer and as a human being and why he is far worse for the WWE, then Vince Mcmahon.

So yeah, their you have it. It's pretty much one of the reasons, why i still support the WWE, just in the hopes that it gets better, once Kevin Dunn leaves. Hunter and NXT say hi.

    Also, Cheeseburger is the greatest.

It's something that was on my mind for awhile now and i thought maybe i shouldn't say this. But i think it's better if i am not quiet about it.

It's something that i saw quite alot in this fandom and these are the people who constantly insist, that this ride will never end and that the show will never end, simply because this is everything that they have and that they want to spend the rest of their life with the fandom, enjoying it.

I am not here to hurt anybody, because that is the least that i want. But it's better that bronies realize, that this will not last forever and that they should play with the thought, that this show will stop one day and that this fandom will probably not as active anymore, because i will guarantee you that this will happen. I for one already made up my mind and said that i will leave this fandom, once the show is over.

You probably might say now "But Mesme, what about G5?" There are a few problems with that statement. One of them is that so many people think, that Hasbro will shoot another MLP show out just like that. It might take another 10 years. Also, it most likely won't be the same show, as we probably have new characters, because Hasbro needs a new line of ponies they can sell. Lastly, i think it won't have the same impact. FiM came when the stars and the planets where at the right formation at the right time.

If DHX announces that S6 is the last season (i don't know BTW, but could be) you have to confront this.

But i still love you all guys. <3

I think the Status Quo last night at Fastlane, was upheld in an even worser way, then everybody could've expected. The Main Event was just bad and it was done in the most horrendous way that i could imagine.

Reigns has shown that the only thing that he actually sells, is his merchandise stuff, when he pinned Dean Ambrose for the 3 count, after getting hit BY 3 CHAIR SHOTS just 10 seconds earlier. It's so blantantly obvious, that the WWE wants to shove him down our throat and it's so bad, that i actually miss John Cena.

John Cena atleast showed some emotions and the fans where atleast cheering him, or booing him. Roman dosen't any emotion and the fans either boo him, or are indifferent about him, which is even worse then booing, because it shows the audience dosen't care.

I wait and see till Wrestlemania and if that sucks and is being done in the most obvious way again, i seriously have to ask myself if i want to go continue supporting this company, because this can't go on.

You know, i've been here for over 13 Months now and during this 13 months i always had this gut feeling that people judge me for what i am, because i had weird interests and at parts a weird personality and that fear actually went way back before the days of the forums.

    Not anymore though.

I had a very good conversation with one of my best friends last night (who i won't mention, since i don't know if he wants to be mentioned) and he told me something very valuable and that i took to heart. "You shouldn't be scared of yourself."

I always had this nagging feeling, being mocked behind my back on this forum. Be it for my hypno and lamia/snake interest, be it for me being a cardiophile, be it for some of the questionable comments i make, or whatever. But i realize you guys aren't like this. You are all so much better then even i could imagine.

I love this place, because you guys are all so understandable and so wonderful to me. I know, i said that alot of times in the past. But it's now more true then ever. When you laugh at my antics, i know you don't laugh at me, you laugh with me. And i want to work on myself being more open then ever and not fear with every blog that i write, that it's getting stomped to the ground.

Also, do the same thing. Be a bit more braver and go out of your way with being normal. Be a bit more open to us, because i think some of the more quieter people on this forum, have some very interesting personalities and very interesting interests, like i have. They shouldn't be something you're ashamed of. They are what you are.

    I love you guys.

Before the WWE and WCW became global powerhouses in Wrestling during the late 80s and early 90s, there was the NWA, or National Wrestling Alliance. NWA wasn't a Wrestling promotion, but more of a governing body that held historically, the most independent wrestling promotions in history. These promotions back then, where called "territories," because they all had control over a specific area in the United States. All those territories had there own champs and their own superstars and Titles. But the NWA, choose from all the their territories THE NWA World heavyweight Champion and this guy, would go through all the territories to defend it against the number one guys, of each territory.

Now of course, they don't exist anymore. They where either going bankrupt, because they couldn't make as much of money as the WWE or WCW, or they where just bought out by either of those. Some people gave up on Wrestling at that time, because for them Wrestling wasn't wrestling anymore, because WCW and WWE where exposing the business.

The wonderful thing about the Territories was, is that they all had a different style of Wrestling. Some where more Hardcore, some where southern, some where cruiserweight, etc. and that's what the territories made so great. You always had the right Wrestling for you, anyway you looked.

With the WWE now being the International force of everything that is Wrestling, there is barely any wrestling that you can find. You got TNA, which for one reason or another, always escapes his grave. You have ROH, which is kinda the breeding ground for future WWE employees. We have Lucha Underground, which is awesome, but is also partially a TV show, so you can't see it every week and you have NJPW, which shows the best Wrestling in the world, but has also seen better days. You have a few very small indie league, but you won't get any sort of Television exposure from them.

So i ask myself, "can't there more Wrestling for everyone and can't there be the type of Wrestling that people like?" And i said to myself "Yeah. If the WWE brings back the territory system." It could be something like this. The WWE is buying out the rest of the Competition, meaning TNA, ROH and Lucha Underground. The TNA Roster gets reduced to a half, with the most talented guys remaining and gets put together with the NXT guys and that's the Florida Territory. Lucha Underground will be the California, or Pacific Territory and ROH will become the new Northeast territory. The WWE will put other territories throughout the country, even a few in Canada and even in Puerto Rico and they will all have their owns local championship.

The WWE will still make their normal shows Raw and Smackdown and PPVs, where they get certain guys from the territories and where they can wrestle with other guys, from other territories. The WWE will have the womens championship, the tag team championship, the Intercontinental Championship and the WWE Championship, with the WWE title really determining the absolute best of all the territories.

Would Vince do that? Absolutely not. Vince has too much of an Ego to go through with this plan. But i think Hunter would go through with this plan. This guy eats, sleeps, drinks and breaths Wrestling and has a very Old School thinking. He remembers the territory days, because he was a big fan of Ric Flair, who was the poster boy of the NWA during the 80s. The WWE has large amounts of money and i think it wouldn't cost much to build these independant territories and we would have more alternatives then we have now.

Do you think it would be a good idea?
