And yes, it is apparently normal for one to hold infatuation for a fictional character. The problem is my common sense demands me to take note of the fact the character in question is not human. XD

Ahhh, but that's when you have to remember that as long as the being is completely sapient and old enough; you're in the clear. Don't matter if they're not human. We humans have this mental block about interspecies dating, because it isn't possible. But if there were other sapient creatures out there, it'd be perfectly fine!
