I thought it was going well the first ten minutes... Then suddenly, Clara. Followed by Ashidir. It felt like a slap in the face for the return of Gallifrey, something everyone has been looking forward to, which was inexplicably ruined immediately afterwards.
I was never too interested in Gallifrey, honestly. So it just didn't bug me. I'm glad it's back, but it's always been something the Doctor just runs away from every chance he get's. Until it was gone anyway.
