    They're just hard to get right. Remember when you used to play with other kids? You'd pretend to be knights, soliders, pirates, whatever and then this one kid shows up and is like 'My dragon eats you all' 'I'm invincible, you can't kill me' 'haha you're dead, no I didn't die I dodged that' 'I summon a lightning storm that destroys all your forts in one swoop! I win!' Yeah, nobody liked that guy That's how roleplaying with an alicorn feels like. Alicorns are granted great power to carry out a certain duty, so being overpowered is in their nature. The very thing that defines them is what makes them so bad. You can't really take their power away, and if you do it'll look even worse. That horn and wings are telling everyone ''yo I'm sronger than y'all''. It never looks good. I don't think there's a rule to making a good alicorn oc, they're just taboo.

    As the title says I'm curious what values made you pick your pony above all others. Keep it short and to the point. I'll start I like how pic related doesn't need many people in her life. She just keeps out of sight and does her own thing, never expecting any praise. She doesn't need anyone to tell her that she's doing good, neither complements or insults really moves her. She's the kind of person I'm trying to be.

    How did you find MLP Forums?: Googled 'mlp forum' and clicked the first find How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: I'm embarrassed to admit it but I used to be a hater once. This mlp fenomen reached me when I was 15, back then I didn't know what empathy was and when I heard about adults watching a show for little girls I thought the worst of them. At least I've never voiced my opinion online I discovered this new huge fandom and could not make any sense of it, so I watched a few episodes. And now I'm here. I started watching mlp 4 years ago, around the time season 2 launched and I haven't stepped out of my closet much since. "Just because someone stumbles and loses their way, doesn't mean they are lost forever." Not much to say, I like video games, dogs and night. In my free time I play video games and take long walks with my dog after midnight. I used to post on Cloudsdale back when it was alive, althought I didn't really fit in their threads. Except one. Emotional helpline. Helping people get over their problems was the one thing I was good at, that I knew how to do. They even made me a mod for my devotion. It was wonderful while it lasted and I think I've learned much about people. I quit it for a while, not sure why and when I came back Cloudsdale was shut down, so I came here instead. I guess I just needed someone to open my mouth to. I think I'll lurk here for a while and see if I like it Oh and I also made some fanart if you care to see http://michdruch.deviantart.com/ Well that about wraps it up, it might be a crappy summary but it's honest. I hope I'll get to know some people.
