  1. Back in the day, I felt like one of the few people who preferred Double Rainboom over Snowdrop. Double rainboom put a lot of focus on fun and all, while Snowdrop seemed to try harder to be really serious. A bit too hard in my opinion because the main character is blind and somehow she ends up being bullied and all about that. It's all about someone being dealt terrible cards and overcoming this in the most cliche way these stories are told. Then again, now I'm just thinking back of an animation I haven't watched in 2 years. It had good animation and an addition to the fandom I would gladly accept. But I found back then that it got way more praise than some pieces I vastly preferred.
  2. Eh. Cursing is a powerful tool to release pent up energy or some stuff. Like I try to watch my language most of the time. But if I accidentally drop a heavy object on my foot, it actually helps to use colourful language to alleviate the pain for a while. Or for when I'm really upset. I do swear a bunch when I'm in private and stuff just isn't cooperating. In the end, I can find myself with the idea that issues with bad language is something we should get over.
  3. Rarijack is such a cliche romantic ideal with just a little show teasing that I'd love to headcanon it sometimes. Appledash got the whole friendly rivalry, though and Rainbow dash can bring out the worst in AppleJack for sure. I would love to see a Pinkie and Rarity episode someday. they both have such chemistry when they share the sidelines.
  4. Snips and Snails, but I guess it's because the writers haven't used them right yet. Then again, 22 minutes of feeding that pair of ponies through a woodchipper in slow motion is probably not childfriendly enough for FiM.
  5. Obviously the corn/carrots/radishes/... serve to feed the lifestock who provide the fertilizer for the orchard. No self respecting Apple would sell those for pony food.
  6. Pinkie Pie, I think, is a childlike egoist. If you leave out a can of treats, she's most likely to just eat them all. She can share fine, but if you don't quickly call her attention on that, she'd just forget about sharing it. But, I think it's wrong to say that she's an egotist through and through. She has a strong system of things where others always go first. She cracks jokes and throws parties to make others happy. Making other ponies smile is very important to her. And if she feels she really failed in doing that, she would go at great lengths to even get rid of herself so the other can smile again, if that's what it takes. That's kind of what you get in episodes like Too Many Pinkie Pies and Pinkie Pride. Heck, even in most of her "worst" moments, I think her fault is to ive too much, instead of too little.
  7. Spike is the obvious answer. Rainbow Dash a distant second. What? Spike is not a pony? As a dragon his coolness totally overrides this clause.
  8. Thanks everypony so far. Oh, I'm not afraid of moderation. I do like fun, especially pony fun. If there's anything I hope more on for this place than nice moderators, is to find people who can enjoy the show and pony silliness. I can be silly sometimes, but I do it mostly for the fun on these pony places. (Don't be mistaken, I can be serious too) It's funny that for a Pinkie pony, I'm quite shy in personal stuff. So I can't make promises on PMs. But I'm open to any if anyone wants to ask me stuff.
  9. It will require a lot of linearity, something the show doesn't have a lot of. But I guess it'll be taken with the show's collective memory, so that Dash in a future will probably recount this time that Tank went into hibernation. If I vaguely recall this season does have a bunch of throwbacks.
  10. Not the best of this season or the show yet, but I think this episode had its charm. I should consider rewatching it to catch all the gems. Braeburn failing to watch the fillies may have been my personal favourite thing of the episode.
  11. My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Pinkie Pie How did you find MLP Forums?: Some good friends recommended it to me How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Found images on some forums I used to post at introduced in threads like "what do you think about this show?" Thought it was a cheap attempt to cash in on some old nostalgia at first. But because of the art style and the memes around it, I got curious. Then I watched the show in a season 1 marathon session and I loved it. I got into a blooming community and I was sold on my first fandom ever. Hi! I'm a pony and Pinkie fan from mid 2011 and I really love the show. Now some episodes can be better than others, but I positively loved season 4 and I still think that I can enjoy almost every episode that I watch. I can live outside of ponies fine, but i think that ponies take up the majority of my internet actions and internet is something I do a lot in my actual life. I try to keep up with the episodes, listen to pony things on youtube, lurk for cute pictures on derpibooru and enjoy some fiction on fimfiction occasionally. For the longest time I've been busy in some community, but I think it's time for a change and try out this new place which I think still brims with love for the show and I can start anew to share how much I can enjoy the episodes and how sometimes they're still fun aside from some minor stuff, as well as look up new fandom material. I can really use that and I hope this place will be great for it. So Hi!
