    Time to post my next review Mkay, so I didn't have very high hopes for this episode. At all. Mainly because Gilda. However, pretty much as soon as it started I knew it was going to be good. (Gummy <3) Humour: 7.5/10 I was about to give this like a 3 when I remembered the episode had Pinkie Pie in it. Her jokes were great but I feel like without her this episode would have just been jokeless (save the TwiDash scene). I also feel like, and I could be totally wrong, but an episode where all the comedy relies on one character is kind of either lazy writing or it just gets old. Either way, Pinkie's jokes were awesome. That commercial... Plot/Writing: 8/10 The plot seemed fairly solid, and it established a whole new location and backstory to Equestria and the MLP universe. Gilda's character development was great, and instead of being all grumpy and rude all the way up until like the last five minutes and then being reformed all of a sudden, she gradually got 'better', like a character should. The griffin's personalities were displayed pretty much perfectly, too. The only problem I had with it, that made it lose the two points, was that when I got to the 15 minute mark I realised that the episode wasn't even starting to get wrapped up, and I wondered how the hell they were going to manage that with 5 minutes left. They did manage it, but I just feel like the pacing could have been a little better. Visuals: 8/10 The visuals in this episode were great. I'm just going to list all the things I liked because I have very little time left to write this and I'm getting lazy anyway. Rainbow Dash with Twilight's mane. It works suprisingly well and I want to see it return in a later episode, even though it will never happen. The character design of the crazy old griffin guy. He looked cool. The whole animation sequence when they were telling Griffinstone's backstory. This was the bulk of the visuals points. The rivene. They did the wind really well and the whole 'scenery' worked perfectly to add to the distress and nature of the situation Dash was in. Also, decapitated corpse. Pinkie Pie's commercial and the filter it had. I like it when the show does that - it's not the first time. I'm probably missing something. Overall: 7.75/10 I enjoyed the episode quite a bit. I hate Gilda a little less now

    I thought it was a pretty good episode, overall. Humour: 8/10 This has probably been the funniest episode all season (although we're only 7 in). The jokes were creative and well-written, and fell away from the usual slapstick humour kids shows (and often MLP) are plagued with. They even did the whole "so unfunny it's funny" thing, which I loved. That mailman scene was awesome. Visuals: 7/10 There were quite a few visual gags in the episode, which is expected considering it's Discord. As always, the things he did (washing clean dishes and making them dirty) were interesting and enjoyable to see. The dress designs were great once again, and I'm pretty sure there were unique dresses on background ponies and everything, which is weird because knowing this show they would either not give them dresses or just duplicate things. However, I didn't really pay too much attention to everything, so idk. The animation was good, especially the slime physics. Oh, and this: Treehugger: -420/10 This character was awful. While I do think it's cool that they were able to blatantly make fun of a stereotype in a kids show without getting censored, Treehugger was still incredibly annoying. Also, does anyone recognise her from Equestria Girls/Rainbow Rocks at the hippie table that Fluttershy sits at? I think there was a character that looked strikingly similar to her. Story/Pacing: 7/10 The story paced nicely, and there weren't really any moments where I just kinda went "Alright, cool, I get it, move on". It was quite eventful throughout, really. The story itself didn't really seem all that unique or special, and I'd be suprised if this is the first time MLP has done a plot formula like this. I mean, it's really just: There are two good friends, friend A and friend B. Friend B gets a new friend and friend A is jealous so he/she finds their own new friend to make friend B jealous and hopefully get him/her back. It's been done so many times If it is a recycled plot though, then I guess I'm okay with it because they still made it pretty interesting and entertaining Overall: 7.5/10 The way I do my overall scores, I think, is I start from 10 and take marks off. So it lost two marks for Treehugger, and half a mark for the simplistic story. Regardless, this is my second favourite episode of season 5 next to Tanks for the Memories, and I voted for "I LOVED IT! <3" on the poll

I know I dislike more things but I can't remember! Hobbies: Watching anime, reading manga, playing video games, programming, doing animation (although I haven't being doing it much lately), watching youtube videos (mainly Let's Plays, short animations, or really weird funny stuff), joking around with people, occasionally writing. Other info: Again, I've gone too far with my description, goddammit. I tend to just start writing and never stop. I'm sorry you had to read through all that nonsense.

    I display a few of these symptoms, but I was tested for Asbergers and they say I don't have it. I don't think I have it either. Again, display is a key word here. I probably seem like I have little empathy for people but I remember when I was a little kid I felt really bad about breaking a bar of soap. Not because it was my parents soap or anything, because of the bar of soap. As in, "That poor soap". It's the same for real people (but unlike soap bars, I still easily end up feeling bad for people). My social skills are pretty much average, apart from the fact that sometimes I don't know what to say, but I think that's just average awkward teenager... Eh, whatever. Even if I do have asbergers, which again, I don't think I do, it doesn't affect things all that much. I'm me, and I'm not like shockingly abnormal or anything, so why does it matter? Oh shit, I'm a cupcake now. The post that ranked me up is about asbergers. Awesome.
