Other than South Park, there aren't really any shows that have attempted the living forever thing without crumbling, losing most of their fanbase and getting way more people hating them. I don't want MLP to end up as another show that has run out of ideas and turns to total crap. I think there should be like two more seasons after the movie and then that's it. That said, I'll be incredibly upset if it ends . @MAIKUN Please stop saying "Yeah well it's my opinion!". These are also our opinions - keep an open mind. You created a topic on a forum so discussion is meant to be had - if people disagree with you, accept it.

    A real pony video game would be incredible - as long as it was written and directed by the show's writers and they had the say in what happened, and not Hasbro. Have you heard of the pony RPG that was released? I don't know if you can still get it and it may be dead but that was awesome - you create your own ponies in a 3D Equestria and play with other people. Apparently Fluffle Puff even made an appearance there. I have no idea how to find it and idk if it's still alive, but it looked awesome. Apparently people were also making a pony fighting game but it got C&D'd by Hasbro. To answer your questions, I think it is very possible, especially considering how massive MLP has become. A video game would not surprise me (it would excite me). A play probably wouldn't happen, though... . Honestly there's not much else to be said since MLP already has merchandise of most kinds.     I can't vote because I'm a Rainbow Dash/Fluttershy. I love the show and am an active member of the fandom - as active as I can be without anyone I know finding out. Due to my closet-ness, I also can't buy any merch. If I could, I would have bought all the Pop! Vinyl figures and all the chibi vinyl figures currently being advertised on EQD (they look so goddamn cool). I need a way to have this merch without people knowing ;_;

    That crossover... doesn't even make much sense Has carebears ever really been relevant? I guess if it wasn't canon I would sorta be okay with it but it would be terrible by default... I guess I would just pretend it doesn't exist and only talk about it if someone brings it up. Also, think of the example it would send to anti-bronies! What if that was the first episode they saw? They'd hate it and refuse to watch anymore and miss out on the glory of MLP

    If it makes sense and they aren't just an alicorn because the creator thinks its really cool or something, then it's okay. It's never okay if the OC is like bright neon colours or black (the shade) or has any relationship to the mane 6. Looking at those just makes me cringe and I don't understand how people find them cool (and the creators seriously do seem to find them cool). Also a full set of clothes, unless done right, seems odd. Why would a pony wear a jacket and shades? /mini-rant

    Honestly I'm not into shipping. I don't get the point. Although if I had to choose my least favourite ship it'd have to be flashlight for the reasons everyone else has already said. I also dislike any shippings between the mane 6 because they are either overdone or make no sense. On that note, I hate shippings that make no sense. Just pairing two of the characters you like seems dumb. (Therefore, I don't really like FlutterMac either - makes no sense) I'm totally fine with FlutterCord

    I would prefer it if the main characters stayed female. As for Queen to Princess, I dunno, but Princess seems more right to me for some reason. I also don't want a Gen 5 anyway. Gen 4 forever!

    I hate it when this becomes a problem as I am one of those 'collectors' of the lore and backstory - I like to know everything about the show. So yep, I go by the same rule as @The Awesome One. The show and the EG movies are the main canon - anything that doesn't contradict them and can just slot in is also canon. Anything that does contradict them is, obviously, non-canonical. This makes it very easy Also, if anything in the comics does contradict the show but you love it and really want it to be real, you could just make up the whole alternate universe/timeline rule like Adventure Time did. Just say that the comics are in an alternate universe or timeline or whatever.
