  1. Going by the title, I would like to think they're going down a "Re-awakening of Human Magic" route, because truth be told, the magic is the only thing that stops Equestria Girls from being completely generic. Though i myself would probably still like it just because I like the characters, even if it didn't have magic elements... On another note, thank the Far Realm that the doll art looks nothing like the actual animated art.
  2. I'm looking forward to it. I don't watch the main series(Friendship is Magic) except on special ocasions(like to see how they've re-imagined an old G1 character) and I stick to Equestria Girls. I kinda wish it was a series.
  3. I assume Human Sunset Shimmer is just somewhere else in the world, probably some kind of prodigy genius, possibly as villainous as her original form in the first movie.
  4. I was a bit dissapointed she turned out to be so meek and spineless. I was expecting her to be the actual villain who has become mean-spirited and egomeniacal due to her incredibly intelligence and success. I really ejoyed all that mad scientist fan-art of her. https://derpibooru.org/932722?scope=scpe2ec012cd9888f0eaac48b9ed6ae58e15d5d6dbba
  5. She is cute, amusing and somewhat more relatable than the other Dazzlings who just want to enslave you. Of the three Dazzlings, Sonata is probably the only one who would easily transition to a normal life and make friends in a meaningful way without any trouble. She could probably join the mane 6-7 easily like nothing bad even happened and would probably work well with Pinkie Pie. I wish they let her keep her cool shades from her concept phase... Personally, I like Adagio more.
  6. You're starting to imply that the Mane 6-7 would act like villains themselves.
  7. It's probably just Sugarcoat, who might just be a bully in general or just see Twilight as meek enough to be an outlet for her.
  8. I think I'd be more interested in an animated series, though I'd rather have the general concept by more like Scooby Doo with "the gang" solving various mysteries and intercepting magical and supernatural phenomena with the whole school setting more on the side than anything.
  9. I doubt any of them would want to be all alone in a hostile world they have no place in.
  10. I was never into Friendship is Magic. Equestria Girls and Rainbow Rocks are why I am here. I ocasionally watch a FiM episode for some reason, like to see how they brought back Tirek who I remembred was a cool villain I liked back in the 80's, or to hear Q.
  11. 1. They didn't know the pedants were even a factor until they were all ready destroyed. 2. Good luck menouvering the Dazzlings into such a place. They're not stupid. They could also flee if need be. 3. Doesn't matter how tough you are, would you enjoy being covered in food and gunk? They also lost their powers and singing talent as well as having had their entire plan explode in their faces. What could they have done with their toughness? Beat up the audience? This is just presumption on both our parts, though.
  12. Most Friendship is Magic episodes are the same if we're going to go into abstraction.
  13. It's worth remembering that they are very old. Most fans tend to think up to 1000 years old. It is because of this that I think they must have some kind of contigiency plan, a lair somewhere, filled with loot and provisions, since I doubt they were able to just mind control anyone they came across into giving them free stuff and shelter for such a long time. I figure they'll be wanting to get their powers back or at least something to repalce it. I like to think that "human magic" begins to reawaken in the Human world after the events of Equestria Girls and the Dazzlings would attempt to claim some of it as their own. Hydia, the antagonist from the original MLP movie would be an ideal characfter to bring back in this case, with the Dazzlings either teaming up with her or becoming her apprentices in the ways of magic.
  14. They obviously just liked the design and decided to re-use it since the characters will never converge.
  15. 1 - Twilight Sparkle I like smart, sensible people and I admire and respect scholars and scientists. I also like her color sceheme and hair style. 2 - Adagio Dazzle She's an effective, competent villain and I'm attracted to power and confidence. I also liked her songs and like her voice, dat evil laugh. 3 - None. I don't do shipping. 4 - Adagio Dazzle. See above.
  16. It is my opinion that sometimes, just sometimes, friends are just friends and a children's cartoon is just a children's cartoon and not some kind of political/social agenda.
  17. I would vote for Twilight but it won't let me. Anyway, the reason is because I like smart, sensible girls and scholars and scientists, also I like her color sceheme and hair style...
  18. There is probably a Sunset Shimmer somewhere in the Human world. Personally I hope she's a villain. Possibly a very succesful, possibly famous person which has lead to her becoming egomeniacal and being as mean(or meaner) than her Equestrian counterpart. The Dazzlings could possibly team up with her over something magic related in the hopes they could get their powers back.
  19. 1. They needed everyone under the Siren's spell to hear the counter-spell to break their hold on them. 2. Force would be met with Force. The Siren's would use their mind control powers to compel others to attack and subdue the Rainbooms and then it would all be over. Subtrefuge was a plot point they referenced multiple times because they didn't want the Sirens moving against them. 3. No, the Siren's would not have been a cake walk. See point 2. I wouldn't be surprised if The Siren's were strong as hell and elite combatants. They're very old, you know.
