I wish I could not worry about things all the time. It has been getting really bad for me lately, so I've been trying to limit my time online in some way. I wish I could be like this pony!

What helped me to stop worrying about things was when I changed my mindset and stopped giving importance to things that aren't relevant in the living moment
Basically if something is going to happen in the future I think that it's not todays problem and i move on until the time is relevant for the problem.
In short I just don't care anymore as things will usually sort out by themselves some way or another

I think it's safe to say we all go through what you are going through. Taking time to address your thoughts (like meditation, breathing, etc) is good advice.
99% of the time we are out own worst enemy with our thought patterns.
