80s and 90s. Both because there was simply so much more GOOD variety in my opinion. In both decades, I have favorites from many musical genres and styles. Now everything seems so stratified and really good songs are few and far between it seems.

So many to choose from... but I'm currently enjoying The Codex Alera by Jim Butcher. Favorites include: A Song of Ice and Fire - Martin The Kingkiller Chronicles - Rothfuss The Chathrand Voyage - Reddick Acacia - Durham Lord of the Ring/The Hobbit - Tolkien The Riftwar Saga - Feist Dragonlance Trilogy - Weiss & Hickman And many many more....

Well... to get the best of both worlds (left/right, conservative/liberal) I check out both Drudge Report and The Huffington Post on a daily basis. I also sometimes check out foreign news sites such as the BBC to get an international perspective on things. http://www.drudgereport.com/ http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/ In my opinion, stay away from Fox, CNN, MSNBC, etc... all are very slanted and narrow in their views.

This reminds me of another uproar some years back over Speedy Gonzales being a negative stereotype against Mexicans. Turns out that most of the folks who were complaining were... yep, you guessed it... white. When actual Mexicans were interviewed/questioned on the subject, most of them love Speedy and think he's a comical/funny character. People will complain about ANYTHING. Hell, look at all the flack/labels bronies get on a regular basis. -

Depends on the game really. Some, like Skyrim... I must have the day they come out, however others I am willing to wait a few months and pick up a used copy online. -

Yep, the show definitely has potential and is a lot better than most of the alternatives. I'm looking forward to seeing where they go with Season 2
